Raawan or Ram....meet Mr. Lalit Modi

“I will not resign, if you can remove me, then go ahead.” These are words said by Mr Lalit
Kumar Modi in last week.See the guts of this guy…..yesterday after board of BCCI
suspended him from the post of Commissioner of IPL. He roared and said…..”I’m still
the BOSS…..a Chairman of IPL.” Friends, hate him or love him, but you can not ignore Lalit
Modi.....he is a brain behind the IPL success. I'm not favouring or not at all a fan of Mr. Lalit
Modi or Cricket. I was never interested in Cricket.
No doubt i played it too much, as Cricket
is India’s most favourite street game and all my friends like it very much so i havn’t had any
other option.

Today, this street sport becomes the billion dollar game, once European Countries & United
States consider it as a poor country’s sports, but now situation changed vertically, today IPL
become the second richest sport (with brand value of 18000+ billion rupees / 4 billion US$+)
just after the NBA. Still i havn’t seen any of the IPL matches completely in 3 years. But, the
political games playing behind the screen in IPL attracts me a lot....specially the caliber,
commitment and the career profile of  Lalit Kumar Modi attracts me a lot. After reading his
career profile I must say that total credit of IPL success is surely goes to this sharp, witty &
gutsy guy Mr. Lalit Kumar Modi. We all are aware that last year in 2009, when Indian
Government denied to provide security to IPL matches in the name of election though with
his conviction, dedication & guts Modi has arranged the IPL matches successfully in South
Africa. Today, the whole media….naturally a puppet of Congress Govt., the Government
itself and the all directors of BCCI pointing a finger at Modi for all and every miss governing &
functioning in IPL Franchise & matches. I’m surprise with the allegations of all Directors of
BCCI…..Mr. Pataudi, Mr. Sunil Gavaskar, Mr. Ravi Shastri, Mr. Rajeev Shukla the elected
Member of Parliament from Congress, Mr. Sarad Pawar…. what all these people were doing
till today?? Why they didn’t objected any decisions or any game plan of Mr. Modi in last 3
years, if he was doing any wrong thing in IPL council ??
Today, no one can deny the
contribution given by the Mr. Lalit Modi to Cricket in India & World. Cricket has never seen
the such a high calibrated, visionary and committed man like Lalit Modi. With his sharp
acumen Modi has designed the complete framework which make Indian Cricket more &
more wealthier during the global recession. Today, the IPL’s brand value is more than
Rs.18,000/ crores ( 4.2 billion
US$) next to NBA. Now. every powerful person likes to have a
bite in this cake. And Congressi’s are in front.

There is also another charge on Modi is about betting, same allegation were put on Dalmiya
when he was the Chairman of BCCI !! Same allegation were put on Gavaskar too when he
was playing. But, nothing has proved, infect it is impossible to prove it. By using his wito
BCCI’s chairman has removed Modi from the post of Commissioner, but it’s difficult to
remove him from the post of Chairman of IPL, specially when all the franchise’s & players
are with Lalit Modi. There is also rumour  that BCCI is taking interest in Subhash Chandra’s
ICL, but because of strong oppose of Modi they can’t move ahead. On the other hand
Dalmiya the ex. Chairman of BCCI is  also active now a days, he has filed a case against
BCCI & Modi. As per my view what we are seeing is the tip of an Ice Berg. Whatever we
think, imagine or guess about IPL controversy is useless, basically this is the game played
behind the screen and the main players are still behind the screen….may they are across
the border or in some other country….we will never come to know that who was the real hero
and villain??

What happened in Dalmiya case ?? Media, opposition parties and some players also
pointed the finger towards him, but nothing has happened. It was Dalmiya…now Modi then
someone else will come bake his cake, eat it and vanish. I believe all this things are
scripted. There are some people behind the screen  (may be in abroad too) who have the
remote control in their hands and somehow they don’t likes Modi anymore now. As he
spokes too much….which makes them angry. Earlier they removed Dalmiya and now their target is Lalit Modi.

Jai Ho….Jai Ho….Jai Ho !!

DO WE HAVE SHAME OR NOT???

Friends, now you decide whether this incident is Shameful or Prideful !!
This piece of news i got it from one of my net working friend Sazzy's blog at fropper,
staying at Canada. On asking of details....she provided me all the links and information
about this news (thanks Sazzy).

Recently a news were highlighted in British Columbia's (Vancouver) leading news paper and
on all electronic media that "Indian team comprising of only 3 athletes out of billion
(ski athletes Tashi Lundup and Jamyang Namgyal and Luger Shiva Keshavan),
2 coaches and 3 other officers reached to Vancouver to participate in winter
olympic didn't have proper sports kit and didn't have matching Uniforms/Track Suits
and matching shoes for olympic's opening ceremonial parade. Infect they didn't
have enough money for them selves too. On hearing this some Indian fellows
(NRI) of Vancouver has organised a fund raising dinner for poor Indian team. They
have collected nearly 10000 $; One sports store has doneted the Track Suit to all our
team members."

Just imagine nearly 2629 athletes from 82 nations are participating in this winter olympic
and more than 3 billion people of world fortunately & unfortunately watching this event, so
how many people come to know about this incident; Now people and sports authority of
Canada, US and other countries expressing surprise that India is known as country of
textiles and soon will play the host role for more than 1.5 billion dollars Common Wealth
Games 2010, could not provide enough financial support to their National team.

When asking to the spotrs ministry about this shameful incident, sports ministry has denied
all alligetions and claims and said they provided enough financial support more than 60
lakhs rupees to this NANO winter olympic team. Now the big question is if sports authority
has provided this much money then why Indian team has demanded the money support from
our Indian brothers at Canada??

I think we all know what could happen to those money ??
There is NO SHAME.....NO PRIDE it becomes our RIGHTS !!
Bribery, Corruption, Scams & Scandals are becomes part of our everyday life, we can not
do or imagine business (whether private or government) without this tactics; it becomes our
tradition now !!

JAI HIND

P. S.
Sincerely thanks to all our Indian fellows of Canada who saved our team's PRIDE - IZZAT.
It is really PRIDEFUL that these people still think about India first.

LAst Words :

Apni chhatri tumko dedein kabhi jo barse paani

Get Ready for Water Riots
OFFLINE

Friends, kindly read this mail completely, particularly the last paragraph and try to
send it to all your near & dear ones, to spread the awareness for
water
conservation, as we are on verge of biggest water crisis in near future. In this
article I've expressed my thoughts about the water problem of India and also gave
some suggestions for the Conservation of Water.

Get Ready For Water Riots !!
We had gone through many religious riots,
schedule cast & upper cast riots but,
in near future we are going to witnessing new kind of riots call...

"WATER RIOTS".

Last week in a suburban area of Mumbai as some people did
RASTA ROKO ANDOLAN
(Stopped the Road Traffic as a part of protest) for two hours as they didn't get water
supply since 2-3 days. There are many other area's in Mumbai, who are getting water
supply merely for 35-40 minutes, last year the water supply in these area's was nearly 110
to 120 minutes daily. Right now at the beginning of winter people starts complaining about
water shortages, just imagine what will be the situation of India's 1.1 billion people in the
month of April & May ???

Yes friends, not only Mumbai, but, the entire India is in the grip of biggest DROUGHT of
recent times, as this year we had 35% below normal rainfall in almost all parts of our
country, lowest in
last 20 years.

After spending 386 crores rupees ($80 million)
CHANDRAYAAN (a complete failed
project)
found Water on Moon, but what's the use of that discovery? As
ISRO (Indian
Space Research Organisation) or
any Govt. Authority can't able to find or develop new
water resources to solve our future biggest water crisis.

And irony is not only Government, but, even as a responsible citizen of India we people are
not taking or counting this water crisis seriously. It always happens with us
"We run to dig
a well after the house caught fire".

"STILL THERE IS TIME & WE CAN DO LOT !!"
THINK ABOUT IT !!

Indeed we are on a verge of biggest ever water crisis, but above this there is one more
bigger problem that is MANAGING OF WATER. Yes, friends managing water is one of the
major root cause of water shortages in India.

WE CAN LIVE WITHOUT
POWER,
WE CAN LIVE WITHOUT
PETROL,
BUT,
WE CAN NOT LIVE WITHOUT
WATER !!
BECAUSE....
WATER IS LIFE !!

Today, we have only one solution to solve the problem of this water crisis is SAVE as much
as water by MANAGING WATER till the next monsoon.

MANAGING WATER
Managing Water is nothing but, the different ways to save
water in our everyday life without disturbing our routine
life.

SAVE WATER....
BECAUSE WE DON'T HAVE OTHER
ALTERNATIVE OF WATER.

SOME SUGGESTIONS FOR CONSERVING WATER

Let's begin from the morning....

1] Teething & Shaving in the morning
While teething & shaving or while washing your face at home or at public toilet do not leave
tap running continuously.

2] Check the all taps even for small leak
Avoid any kind of leakage in all taps of your bathroom & toilet.

3] Check the Water Meter for leakage
Check everyday or regularly house & society's water meter to avoid any leakage.

4]
Don't use the toilet as an ashtray or wastebasket
Whenever you flush a cigarette butt or paan mawa or fascial tissue or toilet paper nearly 8-9
litres of water is wasted....so avoid doing this!!

5] Avoid usage of Washing Machine everyday
Each time you wash clothes in washing machine it use 90 to 100 litres of water, so use
washing machine twice in a week. This way you can save lot of water.(Minimum usage of
water in any automatic washing machine is 100 litres per wash)

6] While washing your utensils, don't leave the water running for rinsing
Be careful while washing utensils, all women & servant always keep tap running
continuously while washing utensils, so please please avoid this & also explain this thing to
your servant too.

7] Avoid wash your bike or car with water everyday
Almost all car owner strictly ordered their servant to wash their car with fresh water
everyday, so kindly avoid wash your car with water everyday, this can damage the metal
surface of your car also, instead of that wash your car with wet cotton cloth everyday &
wash it with water once in a week.

8] Avoid using shower everyday
To cut down on water use while shower is to turn off the shower while soaping up, then turn
it back on to rinse. A four-minute shower uses approximately 30 to 40 litres of water, so
take little shower. But, if possible than try to avoid taking shower everyday, use bucket
water for bath this can save lots of water.

9] Increase the use of Tissue
After having lunch or dinner at home or at any hotel use tissue instead of water to clean your
hands & mouth. This is very important thing...WE MUST INCREASE THE USAGE OF
TISSUE PAPER.

10] USE OF TOILET PAPER
In India we don't use toilet paper in toilet, no doubt we wash our hands with soap after we
comeout from the toilet, but, now we need to think about it for the conservation of water, as
this is another way to save water.

11] Hotels & Restaurants are biggest culprit in wasting water
Almost in every hotels & restaurants they welcome you with water, one waiter continuously
roaming to serve you water and if you drink half glass of water this boy change that glass
with new one and through away the balaced water of that glass. I think to save water they
can serve people with half glass of water, this can definitely save the lots of water. And they
should not serve water to guest until they demand. I know it's difficult to explain all this
to hotelwala's but, i think nothing is wrong to tell them or request them once.

12] Avoid having bath in the evening,
Friends, many people have habit of having evening bath everyday, so, it's a humble request
to all of them just avoid to have full bath in the evening everyday....this can certainly save
lots lot's of  water.

13] Be careful while water your plant or garden
A very easy way to see if your lawn needs watering is to step on the grass. If it springs back
up when you move, it doesn't need water. If it stays flat, the lawn is ready for watering.
Letting the grass grow taller (to 3") will also promote water retention in the soil.

There are many many ways to save water and this is the need of today, if we can't
do right now....we will pay big price for it in near future. Just think about the future,
we don't have any more resources from where we can satisfy our daily water
requirement, so till the next monsoon we have only one option is to save as much
as water.

Important note :
If anybody have anymore suggestions or ideas for Conservation of Water kindly reply me
back with your suggestions, as at Pratyax we are planning to print & distribute few
thousands leaflets & stickers in local public to spread awareness for Water Conservation
and also invite people, companies & corporates to provide finance for leaflet & sticker
printing, we will put their advertisement on leaflet & sticker as a sponsers and as i'have my
own printing business, so, i'll give you all this material at net price means without any profit,
as this is not for commercial purpose, Designs & contents of leaflet & sticker is under
development. And of anybody want to print it by themself then we are ready send them a
content material.

Thank U all !!

FIRST DEATH FROM SWINE FLU
Finally....the pandemic (Swine Flu) spreading its  black shadow in India too. Yesterday, a
14 year old girl Riyad Sheikh infected with Swine Flu died in Pune. Today, H1N1 has
emerged as a real threat to mankind and if it really happens then it may claim the life of
between 2 and 10 million people across the globe. And Severe damage expecting mostly
in American Continent.

I was preparing this article from so many days, hope it can can help you to improve your
knowledge. If you have any doubt, information or counter argument...must send it to me, i
will definately send it to all and publish it here. Kindly send me your comment...!

Swine Flu....What exactly H1N1 is ??
INTRODUCTION
Swine Flu (H1N1),
strains endemic in swine are called swine influenza virus (SIV), also
called swine flu, hog flu, and pig flu. Swine Flu
is a type A influenza virus presents in
pigs.
At present the Flu roamimg around the world is a mixture of three viruses Avian Flu,
Human Flu, and Swine Flu
, the biggest weak point is it changes constantly, so difficult
to control it.
Swine flu is rare in humans. People who work with swine/pig, are at high risk of
catching swine flu if the swine carry a strain able to infect humans.
Swine flu symptoms are
similar to regular flu : Fever, body aches, sore throat, cough, runny nose, vomiting, diarrhea,
and lethargy.

Are there any drugs to treat swine flu?

TREATMENT
Upto some extent regular flu medicines can give you some relief, but, there is no specific
vaccine available in the market at present. It takes several months to develop a flu vaccine.
By the time we have a vaccine the virus may have either died out (most likely) or evolved into
a different strain resistant to the vaccine. Any such vaccine will be effective against
only the specific strain for which it was created.

MY IDEOLOGY (THEORY)
This ideology/theory is based on my study, my research, my analysis & observation. It
is not at all promoted or authorised by any authority and also it is not at all inspired by
any religion or religious thought, it is purely based on my study and logic. so it's upto
the reader whether he/she wants to believe or not.

According to experts, the infection has been spreading from human
to human, infact this virus through your genes can transmit in to
your next generations.

Very first a good news for all Indians, specially Hindus who believe in Vegetarianism....
this Swine Flu (H1N1) is not much FATAL in VEGETARIAN PEOPLE. Swine Flu (H1N1)
is subtype of Influenza A, all influenza A viruses contain HEMAGGLUTININ &
NEURAMANIDASE, but the structure of these proteins differ from strain to strain.
Influenza A virus strains are assigned an H number & an N number. There are 16H and
9N subtypes known in birds & animals, but only H1, 2, 3 and N1, 2 are commonly found
in humans. And as per my research & analysis this
H1,2,3 & N1,2 virus become more active & reacting very fast in non-vegetarian people particularly who ate pig meat in their life, so compare to Vegetarian people H1N1 spread very fast & gives hard reaction in people who are Non Vegetarian.

H1N1 Virus images

How it works...how I come to this conclusion..!
In simple words like we have seen that Michael Jackson the great singer who died recently,
was taking drugs since so long, which proved in his postmortem report. Medical Science
has proved that whatever we eat or drink it lives some marks in form of molecules in our
DNA structure. It means when you eat pig meat no matter how many times or when...then
some molecules of that animal's DNA comes in to your body and live their marks in your
DNA structure, so when it comes in contact of swine/pig & if that swine/pig is carrier of
swine flu then it will easily transmited into human body, after that the molecules of our DNA,
which already has some molecules which came through the pig meat facilitate the power of
H1 or N1, which makes it more deadlier for NON-VEGETARIAN people compare to
VEGETARIAN people.

In last few decades there are many deadlier disese emerged and affected human life directly
or indirectly. And if you study about it then you will come to know that all disese were
emerged due to the eating of animal or bird meat.

Just read the below observations I've prepared. Years and Figures mentioned in it
are taken from WIKIPEDIA the largest encyclopedia on internet.

SOME FACTS ABOUT SOME DEADLIER DISEASE
1) Russian Flu (1889-90) killed 1 million people, expected that spreaded
from the bird, but till today scientist unable to find the cause of this disease.

2) Spanish Flu (1918-20)
which killed 20 to 100 million people, spreaded
through
SWINE/PIG means it was a H1N1

3) Asian Flu (1957-58), which killed 1 to 1.5 million people,
spreaded
through
H2N2 means BIRD FLU

4) Hongkong Flu (1968-69), killed nearly 1 million people, spreade
through H3N2
which contain almost similar genes of H2N2 means a
bird flu.

5) HIV / Aids (1981-2009), till today it has killed more than 25 million
people,
both the virus HIV1 & HIV2 originated from wild chimpanzees and from
Sooth Mangabey, an old world monkey from Africa. It is said people were eating
monkeys & chimps meat as they believed it can increase the sexual power. Few
years ago I read an article of National Geographic Representative, who been their
said, people here generally eat male monkey they buy this dead monkey after
analysing their genital part.

6) Madcow Disease, till today it has killed 164 people in Britain &
42 in other countires,
It is believed by most scientists that the disease
may be transmitted to human beings who eat the brain or spinal cord of
infected carcasses (animals).

Hope now you got what I mean to say.....AVOID EATING NON-VEG.
There are more than 2000 of natural cerals, vegetables and other eatables &
drinkables available in nature or we can produce and out of that we human can
prepare more than 10 thousand tasty dishes and drinks, why we need to eat
meat of any animals or birds....??

Friends, above ideology is completely my observation & research,
based on my study & logic, no Govt. or Private authority has
promoted it. So, whether U want to believe it or not is up to you.

Friends think about it....why I said "Save yourself before it
kills you..!!"

If you agree with this than forward it to your near & dear one
or anyone for the betterment of their life....our life..!!

And this is for U friends...latest news
Recently few days ago one news channel has highlighted this news that
Muslims countries particularly Arabian countries will not affect with Swine Flu
as they never eat Swine/Pig meat in their life.

Some precautions to Avoid SWINE FLU

Take these everyday steps to protect your health:
Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze.
Throw the tissue in the trash after you use it.

Wash your hands often with soap and water, especially after you cough or sneeze.
Alcohol-based hand cleaners are also effective.

Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread this way.

Try to avoid close contact with sick people.

Stay home if you are sick for 7 days after your symptoms begin or until you have been
symptom-free for 24 hours, whichever is longer. This is to keep from infecting others and
spreading the virus further.

Follow public health advice regarding school closures, avoiding crowds and other
social distancing measures.

Last Words : There are more than 4 billion people who eat
non-vegetarian food in their daily life, just imagine how many animals
& birds we need to kill to satisfy the hunger of these people...?

SINGH is now become real KING

Few Words about our PM....Pyare MANMOHAN SINGH
One of ten siblings, this Singh was born in Gah, West Punjab, (in Pakistan
now) on September 26, 1932. Brought up in Amritsar (India) hails from poor
farmer family, but dedicated & determined Singh studied under the
street lights and finished his graduation. Then he went for an M.A., D.Phil
(Oxford), D.Litt.(Honoris Causa); I.N.C.(Assam). Served RBI as a Governor ,
worked with IMF (International Monetary Fund) and United Nations. This
Singh is a father of Liberalize Economy of India. In 1991, when India, was on
the verge of bankruptcy, current account deficit was close to 3.5 per cent of
GDP and no foreign lenders were willing to finance. India had barely a billion
dollars
in terms of foreign exchange reserves. India was on the verge of
deafulting on the repayments of it's international loans. This Singh, with his
strong vision and the strong back up of PM Narsimha Rao, embarked India
on a path of reforms & liberalization, he shut down the licence raj policy and
changed the thoughts and behaviour of Indian Corporates and millions of
middle class......today, we are competing and comparing ourselves with the

thanks to this SINGH.....Hats of to him and his

even Sonia's magic works in UP state  & Delhi only, but beyond the boundries of  UP &
Delhi this
intelectual tall sardar with oversized glass has rocked the enitre nation. He
gave tough fight to
giant Jaylalita in Tamilnadu, beat the left's from both right & left sides
and above all he defeated the mightier Advani the most diplomatic, extrovert & hard
core politician of India, infact he put the full stop at Mr. Advani's political career.

People, specially the young generation attracted towards this man just because of his
pure honesty, he is the MOST HONEST politician in present Indian Politics. He won the 'Honest Man of the Year' award in 1996 for his clean image. There are lot to say about our
pyare Mohan, but, i dont want to repeat it as everyone knows the history, but, there is one
important point about this victory, this election is proved that Congress is not just about
Gandhi....Gandhi & Gandhi,
there is someone above the Gandhi is
SINGH...SINGH...SING SING,Singh is King......Singh is King......Singh is King......!!!

Last Words : During his speech in Parliament while presenting the Budget in 1994-95,
Dr. Manmohan Singh quoted Victor Hugo: "No power on earth can stop an idea
whose time has come."

Wonderful mother of mine.

The moon never beams without bringing me dreams
Of that wonderful mother of mine.

The birds never sing but a message they bring
Of that wonderful mother of mine.

Just to bring back the time, that was so sweet to me,
Just to bring back the days, when I sat on her knee.

I pray ev'ry night to our Father above,
For that wonderful mother of mine.

I ask Him to keep her as long as He can
That -- wonderful mother of mine.

There are treasures on earth, that made life seem worthwhile,
But there's none can compare to my mother's smile.

You are a wonderful mother, dear old Mother of mine.
You'll hold a spot down deep in my heart,

'Till the stars no longer shine.
Your soul shall live on forever,

On through the fields of time.
For there'll never be another to me,
Like that wonderful Mother of mine.

Power of One.....My Vote

The Power of One

To realize the value of ONE, ask a mother who gave
birth to a baby ONE MONTH before delivery date.

To realize the value of ONE, ask any Cricketer who
lost his match by ONE RUN only.

To realize the value of ONE, ask a person who just missed his
flight on 9/11 from New York by just
 ONE MINUTE.

To realize the value of ONE, ask the person who lost
a gold medal by ONE MILISECOND in the Olympics.

Friends, 2nd phase of Voting will start  from tomorrow. Many
people are thinking that "it won't make any difference if 1 or 2
persons can't vote in millions." So, I want to tell them that even
Shivaji, Napolian, Mahatma Gandhi was alone but they change
thehistory and there were people like Hitler who also has
change the history of Europe which no one can forget.

Today, we are facing many problems like Corruption,
Terrorism,
Absolutism, Communalism and so on so on...,
and no one is there who listen us....all Politicans are
corrupted, they don't think about the people who elected
them, they just busy in earning money no matter what the
nation or people condition.
So....Now....is the time for us
to decide what we want...? Now is the time to tell them
that
"No one...yes no one can rule us against our will"

It Was a Shivaji who fought alone,

It was Napolean who won alone,

It was Subhash Bose who dared alone,

It was Gandhiji who stand up alone,

And it is me...not alone....but, with all of you,
We all together,
will VOTE....VOTE for change.

Nothing can stop us,
No one can destroy our spirit,
Our endurance and
Our will to fight against the intolerance,
absolutism and any peril.

Together,

we will fight against terrorism, corruption
and our mongrel, bast*** politicians....!

Together,

we will bring the peace, prosperity and safety to our
country, to our people, our new future generations.

Last Words : Just listen this MJ's (Michael Jackson's)
song, it is really beautiful and perfectly matches to
our current situation, listen it peacefully and feel
the aggression.....it will definitely rock your heart.

G-20, An April Fool Summit
OFFLINE

G-20, An April Fool Summit

I know I'm little late on this issue but I think better late than never.

G-20-2009-front page

First they met in November 2008, and now again in 2nd April 2009, two Summits in six
months..! And what's the result...?

GROWTH, STABILITY & JOBS....this was the AGENDA of the G-20 (the Group of Twenty Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors). And a triilion
dollar stimulous package already declared by the Summit to overcome the global
recession....Good..! But for what? For whom? And how this money is going to use? There is
no clear or transparent policies or guidelines. At present G-20 has no parmanent address or
secretariat or staff. The chair rotates annually among the members and is selected from a
different regional grouping of countries. So, there is always a big question mark on survival of
this summit, until and unless they establish it's base in any country, which again undoubtly
in any developed nation.!! Have you ever seen these kind of organisation's any office in any
under developing country??

More than 50 million pound (nearly 4 billion rupees) spent on this summit. Mr. Obama,
who came with his wife & 500 royale staff in two jet planes for Summit proves that he really
is thinking about his people's GROWTH, STABILITY & JOBS...! I never understand why all american presidents always behaving like they are superstars or king..? No matter what's
the condition of nation or people...! Whether economy crisis or war all american presidents
never missed any opportunity to show their stupid superiority by spending more on their
public presentation. I think economy and saving these two words are missing from all
american dictionary. Even in India situation is same Mr. Pyare Mohan (our PM) is
a highest money spender Prime Minister of India.

Lets come to the point I mean seedhi baat no bakwaas....G-20 Summit is nothing but
the new gimmick of all developed and wealthy countries to regain their huge losses and
prosperity at the cost of all under developing & poor countries remnant wealth and
resources.

One of the surprised conclusion is that all the countries including Mr. Obama also has
agreed that the best way out of economic crisis is to expand, continue with the process of
globalization, commitment to open markets, stimulate demand. Isn't it sounds a height
of hypocrisy of these wealthy opprtunist nations?? As we have seen & feel in last six to
seven months how US is trying to banning Indian brains and trying to imposing restrictions
on India made products or Indian Companies having conglomerate over their.

The summit also agreed to take action against non-cooperative jurisdictions, including
tax havens, and impose oversight on large hedge funds and credit rating agencies.
This is another obscure decision....how can we believe that these countries will going
to take some or any kind of actions against Tax Heaven countries and large hedge funds??
When some of them were shielded by these high powered countries in past many times.
And if we talk about the stimulus package is nothing but the another way to make fool
small under developing countries particularly India & China, where recession does not
affected the local people's life and banking sector like in US & UK.

But, let's see time will speak....till that moment.....
concentrate on what you have in
your hand rather what they showed you...!!

Just to make your day
Chinese walks into a bar in America late one night and he saw Steven Spielberg.
As he was a great fan of his movies, he rushes over to him, and asks for his autograph.
Instead, Spielberg gives him a slap and says, "You Chinese people bombed our Pearl
Harbour, get outta here.  "
The astonished Chinese man replied, "It was not the Chinese who bombed your
Pearl  Harbour,
it was the Japanese".
"Chinese, Japanese, Taiwanese, you're all the same," replied Spielberg.
In return, the Chinese gives Spielberg a slap and says, "You sank the Titanic, my
forefathers were on that ship.
"Shocked, Spielberg replies, "It was the iceberg that sank the ship, not me."
Chinese replies, "Iceberg, Spielberg, Carlsberg, you're all the same."

This particular joke won an award for the best joke in a competition
organized in Britain

Last Words : Election is gives you chance to select your leader.

Judge Yourself not Others
Sometimes it’s tough to define your own success term. We always blind
by other’s people success, without judging ourself, our works and achievements.
Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life or someone else's
success. Don’t be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other
people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner
voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition.
Because it know very well what you truly want to become. Everything else is
secondary.

Your definition is the right one. That’s how you succeed. If you can do what
you enjoy doing then that’s your success.

She is not an item girl, neither a beauty queen contestant nor any business woman but,
she is a High Power Hurricane, a new
Master Blaster of India, yes this gorgeous
lady is one of the best batswoman, a hard heater and a most fearsome player of Women
World Cricket....naturally from India....after all it's our tradition.

She is a Mithali Raj, from Rajasthan. This 27 year old beautiful lady entered into
cricket at
19, and very soon carved her place as Indias most fastest and capable batswoman. With her
outstanding inning of 214 in Test against England at Taunton, Mithali becomes the second
highest scorer (Highest test scorer also from India, Kiran Baluch, 242 against West Indies in
2004) in Women Cricket, and 3000 in one day international it is also a highest score by any
Indian Woman Player and also top scorer of present world cup undoubtedly establshing her
as one of the top performer in Women World Cricket 2009, till today. Just look at her batting
average 48% in ODI and 67% in World Cup is definitely a impressive figures.

Today, with her heavy scores in oneday and test this middle-order batswoman is become
the big run machine for India. Mithali also played with some stars women players like
Purnima Rau, Anjum Chopra and Anju Jain. Her confidence and equanimity at the crease
and ability to score rapidly make her a dangerous creautre of cricket ground. In addition to
this Mithali rolls her arm over bowling too, a leg-spinner, providing variety to any attack.

This one day star never perturbed while playing on a crease, she has grasped every
opportunity she has been presented with and she always proved herself whether it's World
Cup 2005 or Asia Cup 2008.

But, friends not only this there are many blazing stars in Indian Women's Cricket Team. As
per the last four years performance we can say today's team is a best team of Women's
Cricket World......lets hope for the best.

Last saturday Indian Women Cricket Team Defeated World Champions Australia by
16 runs in Super Six of Women's World Cup Cricket tournament 2009. It's big
achievement of our team, and today our next match with New Zealand is currently
going on, India won the toss and elected to bat first and scored 207 runs in 292
balls......lets see....hope for the best.

Best of luck to all players of Indian Women's Cricket Team.

And here are the profile of all star players of Indian Women Cricket Team.

Woman on Woman's Day

Many Many Wishes and Greetings to all Girls & Women members of Pratyax....Enjoy

Woman on WOMAN'S DAY

Due to some technical dificulties I couldnot able to put my WOMAN'S DAY
article on time, but I think better late than never.

Woman is a female in human. Formed as flesh from flesh.

Moulded by the tender, intimate hands of the almighty, quickened by
his breath.

Woman, alive with soul, specially created for relationship with Man.

Most creative of God's imagination, has been given the privilege to
bear life from life.

Woman, is a symbol kindness, tenderness and love.

Woman, initiates balance between the world and home.

Woman, can bring order out of chaos. Build a home from a hovel.

Woman, with a tender caress can make a pauper believe he is a 'king.'

Woman, is a symbol of Love, her Love is unconditional and forever.
And once they forgive, they really forget

Woman, is good listener, it surprising how women manage to hear
you for hours? And they never pass judgments. Never say you are
wrong (even if you have behaved like the worst jerk in the world).

Woman and her blush....the most adorable thing about a women. It
speaks volumes and conveys things which even she won’t openly
admit too. It is a real turn on when a women blushes at you. It shows
she more than cares, she is crazy about you.

Woman, an ocean of tear :-)), it is a most irresistible thing about a
woman, when a woman is crying she is opening up completely before
you and trusts you enough for it.

WOMAN.....she's a loving daughter, sister, friend, wife and a mother then an elder of a family as Nani Ma and Dadi ji fulfilling not only
herself but also the society.

INTERNATIONAL WOMAN'S DAY

It was began in the beginning of 20th century. It was a time when women starts entering into
jobs market US. Naturally the conditions weren't staisfying and gratifying which today's
women are enjoying, it was rather pathetic. Just imagine what would be the situation of
women 100 years ago.

During this time Trade Unions started instituted in United States, which also inspires
women's political and social rights movement. Women had come to know about their basic
rights and starts demanding Voting Right and Property Right. But, the movement can't be
succeful without the involvement of the masses of women. So, in 1903 the unionist and
some professional women set up a Women's Trade Union League. In 1908 the first National
Women's Day was celebrated on last Sunday in February in the United States.

Now the fire was ignited and women in US becomes more confident about their strength and
power, in 1909 morethan 30000 women garment workers staged a big strike. Certainly, it
was a very difficult and risky task but they did it. The Women's Trade Union helped bail out
the hudreds of arrested women strikers. So, in 1910, the Women's Day rocked the entire
country, later one delegate of woman from US, participated in the second International
Conference of the Socialist Women in Copenhagen (Denmark).
The conference was about
women empowerment and the main agenda was to propose the International Women's Day
as an international event, as issue of women becomes more controversial and challenging
for everyone. Clara Zetkin a venturous woman of German Socialist Party. During that period
German Socialist Party had a strong influence on the international socialist movement
Clara impressed and inspired by her American counterparts, she emphasized on having an
international day for all women when they can share and concentrate on their problems.
More than 100 women from 17 countries were their in the conference unanimously greeted
the Idea of Woman's Day, and the International Women's Day was born. On 19th of March
1911 t
he first International Women's Day was officially celebrated. The date was selected
because on this day in 1848 a king Prussia had promised to make some unfulfilled reforms
for women.

Snake Wine...unbelivable..!!
OFFLINE

SMILE is the best lighting system of the face,
the best cooling system of the head,
and the best warming system of the heart.
Keep smiling!

Few Days Ago one of our member Shailesh Desai from Gujarat sent me a
mail on Snake Wines, which inspired me to write this article.
Hey Friends, have you ever heard of Snake wine..??? This is really
shocking and awful and also unbelivable....but it's a fact, a solid fact. So hold
your breath and read it further...yes, I'm talking about the SNAKE WINE ! Which originated in Vietnam and can be found around Southeast
Asian Countries like Thailand, Laos Combodia, some part of Japan, Korea
and unquestionably in China too. It is also available in some metro cities of India too, like Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkatta, Hydrabad and Bangluru. It was first started in Kolkatta 4-5 years back as many Chinese origins people living
there, then it comes to Mumbai. Many of elite pubs and discs can provide you
on demand.

First they grab the large venomous snake from the jungle, along the way they
pick up some roots, herbs, scorpions, turtles or whatever the other tasty
tidbits which people like the most. There are two kinds of snake wine. A large
venomous snake placed into a glass jar of rice wine
, with many herbs and
with many smaller snakes, turtles, insects or sometimes with birds like crow,
and left to ferment
for few months. And the another one is Snake blood
wine,
is prepared by
slicing a snake along it's belly and draining its blood
into a mixing vat with rice wine or grain alcohol (Most favourite is Cobra as
they belives more venomous the snake the stronger the wine). And then
they sealed the bottle and stored in a cellar for 6 to 36 months.
They are
preserved to have the snake poison dissolved in the liquor. Snake venom is
protein-based, so it is therefore inactivated due to the influence of the
denaturing effects of ethanol. Ethanol is the main ingredient of wine. The
wine is as pink as a nice rose. For attractive display of Wine bottle they
put snakes in action poses, you can see it in a images.

Even, they prepare some drinks with Snake's
gall bladder, meat, liver and
skin, as they believed....I repeat believed (not proved) that Snakes wine
and meat possess many medicinal qualities, it can cure anything from farsightedness to hair loss to as well as increased sexual performance.
But,
the FACT is
science has yet it to prove all this. According to the one of South
Asian Wildlife Conservation Organisation's Representatives "Traders
exaggerate the protein values of snake wine and snake meat which makes
the consumers seek this wine and meat more and more in pub &restaurants."

As per the one wine lover statement, "There was no....no Viagra Effect
and it is not at all strong. I felt sleepy. The taste was mysteriously
bland, it was like licking glued envelope flaps or stamps.

In 1998, Vietnamese government decree banned the sale of snakes and cats
to China, linking it to an endemic rise in the rat population, particularly in
Hanoi. Then Chinese
government too places similar restrictions on the killing
of snakes, yet snake wine remains popular in many regions. It is illegal to
import snake wine in many countries including the United States because the
Cobras
and other snakes killed in the production are often endengered
species
.

WORLDS FIRST LOVE LETTER...^_^ ^_^ ^_^
OFFLINE
Today, is a Valentine Day, for today, I wanted to put some special on pratyax, so
while looking for the material I found this two stories in my E Book, first is a story of
"Worlds First Love Letter" and second is "How Can We Make The Difference"
, Both
are deffinitely beautiful and touchy story, hope U people also likes it.

Do U know what is the similarities between these three people Adolph Hitler, Albert Ainstine
and Ravindranath Tagore..?All three people were from different religion and different field and
had so much influence in their field and so much egostic and stubbern but so much
Intelligent. There is one common similarities in these three people........they all fell in
love
with someone at a somepoint of time. Not a single normal person in this world (not even a
God), who never fall in love in his/her whole life.

Love.....
 can happen to any1-anywhere-anytime.
The most important thing in love is Confession...ya... how U confess yor love...is the most
critical & important question for everyone. There are so many ways to confess your love like
through Roses, through Ring or Hanky...these R the symbols of love, but the one most IMP
thing is 'Letter' A Love Letter. From so many centuries people are using Love Ltter to
confess their Love.....But does anyone knows WHO WROTE THE WORLDS FIRST LOVE
LETTER...?? Ya...Anyone...????
Ok.....friends read this little story and as an Indian We
should take proud for it. But there is 1 problem....I wrote the whole story in Hindi, as I find
Hindi has more expressive vocabulary thenEnglish. Specially while reading any Indian Story.

Love.....  can happen to any1-anywhere-anytime.

RUKMANI & SHREE KRISHNA
Paanch hajaar saal pahle MahaBharat ke Kaal me Bhismak Raja ki putri (Daughter)
Rukmanine Duniya ka sabse pahla Prem-patra Bhagwan Shri Kishanji ko likha tha. Rukmani ki sundarta ko dekh kar log yahi kahte the ki Rukmani ke Viwah ke layak agar koi
hai to wo sirf Bhagwan Shri Kishan hi hai. Is-liye Rukmani bhi man-hi-man me Kishanji ko
chahne lagi thi, aur jab use pata chalta hai ki uske bhai Rukmi aur Pita ne uski shaadi
JARASANGH ke bete Shishoopal ke saath tay kar di hai to tab Rukmani ne ek PATRA
(Letter) Bhagwan Kishanji ko Likha, jo sahi maine me Duniya ka pahla PREM PATRA tha.
Rukmani Kishanji Ko Likhti hai........

LETTER FROM RUKMANI TO SHREE KRISHNA

" Aapke gaurav-sheel, anupam saundarya, ad-bhut nishtha aur tejasvi vyak-tit-va
Personality) ke karan koi bhi aurat aapke liye pagal ho jaaye, yahi wajah hai ki main bhi aap
se Mohit hui hoo, isliye aapko ye patra likhne ka saahas kar rahi hoo. Mere bado-ne
(Parents) mera Viwah (Marriage) ek jaanwar ke saath karne ka socha hai, apne swarth ke
khaatir wo log mera balidan dena chah-te hai, par main to aapke Gun, Chari-tra(Character),
Sanskar aur Budhi-matta (Intelligency) ke pichhe pagal hoo. Jiske saamne mera sar apne
aap sanmaan (Respect) se juke  aisa pati mujhe chahiye
, aur jiske saamne mera sar juk
jaaye aise ad-bhut Insaan sirf aap hi hai. Mere honewale pati Shishupal ke saamne mera
sar kadapi nahi jukega. Dar aur taqat se apni patni ka sar jhukane-wale kai insaan is duniya
me hai par isme koi bahaduri nahi hai. Aur sher (Lion) ka shikar koi lomdi (Fox) lekar bhaag
jaaye aisa kabhi ho sakta hai...?? Aap se milne ka pahla aasan tarika yahi hai ki main
yahaa se bhaag kar aapke saran me aa jau....magar aap jaise veer ko ye pasand nahi
aayega...aur bhaag kar aayi ek darpok aurat bhi aap ko pasand nahi aayegi. Doosra tarika
ye hai ki aap mujhe yahan se chhipakar bhaga le jaaye par ye tarika bhi aap jaise shoorveer
ko shobha nahi dega.To aap yahan sabhi logo ke bich in sabse ladkar duniya ke
saamne hi mujhe le jaayenge to acchha hoga. Viwah se pahle mandir me darshan ke liye
jaana hamare pariwar ka riwaj hai, is liye main jab mandir me darshan ke liye jaaoo tab aap
mujhe waha se in sabhi dusht aur paapiyo ki aankho ke saamne se le jaa-o ye meri abhilasha hai.

What a diplomatic and dignifying love letter..!! Without sacrificing her self respect and
pride Rukmani accepted her love for Shree Krishna. And after reading the letter Shree
Kishanji heading towards the Rukmani's town, and kidnaped her in front of her brother,
father and their whole army....the way advised by Rukmani and later Marry her. So this
is the story of Worlds First LOVE LETTER...hope U like it..! Just give me your feed back.

WHO I AM MAKES A DIFFERENCE

A teacher in New York decided to honor each of her seniors in high school by telling them
the difference they each made. She called each student to the front of the class, one at a time.

First she told each of them how they had made a difference to her and the class. Then she
presented each of them with a blue ribbon imprinted with gold letters, which read, "Who I
Am Makes a Difference."

Afterwards the teacher decided to do a class project to see what kind of impact recognition
would have on a community. She gave each of the students three more ribbons and
instructed them to go out and spread this acknowledgment ceremony. Then they were to
follow up on the results, see who honored whom and report back to the class in about a
week.

One of the boys in the class went to a junior executive in a nearby company and honored
him for helping him with his career planning. He gave him a blue ribbon and put it on his
shirt. Then he gave him two extra ribbons and said, "We're doing a class project on
recognition, and we'd like you to go out find somebody to honor, give them a blue  ribbon,
then give them the extra blue ribbon so they can acknowledge a third person to keep this
acknowledgment ceremony going. Then please report back to me and tell me what
happened."

Later that day the junior executive went in to see his boss, who had been noted, by the way,
as being kind of a grouchy fellow. He sat his boss down and he told him that he deeply
admired him for being a creative genius. The boss seemed very surprised.

The junior executive asked him if he would accept the gift of the blue ribbon and would he
give him permission to put it on him. His surprised boss said, "Well, sure." The junior
executive took the blue ribbon and placed it right on his boss's jacket above his heart. As he
gave him the last extra ribbon, he said, "Would you do me a favor? Would you take this
extra ribbon and pass it on by honoring somebody else? The young boy who first gave me
the ribbons is doing a project in school and we want to keep this recognition ceremony
going and find out how it affects people."

That night the boss came home to his 14-year-old son and sat him down. He said, "The
most incredible thing happened to me today. I was in my office and one of the junior
executives came in and told me he admired me and gave me a blue ribbon for being a
creative genius.  Imagine. He thinks I'm a creative genius. Then he put this blue ribbon that
says: "Who I Am Makes a Difference," on my jacket above my heart. He gave me an extra
ribbon and asked me to find somebody else to honor. As I was driving home tonight, I
started thinking about whom I would honor with this ribbon and I thought about you. I want to
honor you. My days are really hectic and when I come home I don't pay a lot of attention to
you. Sometimes I scream at you for not getting good enough grades in school and for your
bedroom being a mess, but somehow tonight, I just wanted to sit here and, well, just let you
know that you do make a difference to me. Besides your mother, you are the most
important person in my life. You're a great kid and I love you!"

The startled boy started to sob and sob, and he couldn't stop crying. His whole body shook.
He looked up at his father and said through his tears,  "Dad, earlier tonight I sat in my room
and wrote a letter to you and Mom explaining why I had killed myself and asking you to
forgive me. I was going to commit suicide tonight after you were asleep. I just didn't think
that you cared at all. The letter is upstairs. I don't think I need it after all."

His father walked upstairs and found a heartfelt letter full of anguish and pain. The envelope
was addressed, "Mom and Dad.".

The boss went back to work a changed man. He was no longer a grouch but made sure to
let all his employees know that they made a difference.  The junior executive helped several
other young people with career planning and never forgot to let them know that they made a
difference in his life...one being the boss's son.

And the young boy and his classmates learned a valuable lesson. Who you are DOES
make difference.

You are under no obligation to send this on to anyone...not to two people or to two hundred.
As far as I am concerned, you can delete it and move on to the next message. But if, you
have anyone who means a lot to you, I encourage you to send him or her this message and
let them know. You never know what kind of difference a little encouragement can make to a
person.

26 January, a 'Black Day'
OFFLINE

“The world suffered a lot not because
of
VIOLANCE
of bad people.
But because of
SILENCE of GOOD
people”

Friends do you really believe that we should celebrate 26 January our Republic
Day?? Two months back on 26/11, Pakistan supported terrorist openly attacked on
us, killed 185 people. In last 25 years from Punjab to Asam, Andhra Pradesh to
Maharashtra and Kashmir to Kerala, we have seen many different faces of Terrorism and lost thousands of people and army men including our respected  two
Prime Ministers Respected Indira Gandhi & Mr. Rajiv Gandhi. "BLACK DAY" is
nothing but my way to give HOMAGE to all people who lost and sacrificed their life
during all terrorist attacks in last 25 years.....I've decided to celebrate our Republic
Day, 26 January, as a "BLACK DAY", I will wear black ribbon on my shoulder and
fly rectangular or triangular flag on my vehicle and on my residence window on
26th January, to show my OPPOSE and WRATHS against the all past and present
Government, who directly or indirectly responsible for the present situation of India.

First they attacked from the border, but they failed...
beacuse army men is there to protect us and save us.

Then they entered in Kashmir of J & K and attacked our people
and they succeded because they have people over there who
deported all non muslims from there and we were just watching.......

Then they attacked on our economy (1993 Mumbai bomb blast
targeted only business establishmnets) killed thousand people,
we got terrified and shocked.......

Then they attacked on our parliament house killed 9 people
and we got surprised but our politicians are saving them loyally.......

Then they attacked on our temple Akshardham(2002)
killed 37 devotees and we outraged but we forgive them.......

Then they attacked on our transport(2006 Mumbai Train blast)
killed 209 innocents and we got angry but we didn't know what
to do and whom to blame??.......

Then they played this game again and agian....in many cities....at many
palces.....damaged many properties....killed thousands of innocents
then............then on 26/11 they openly attacked on us attacked on our Hotels,
Guest Houses, Railway Station and attacked on our Police Forces....hats
of to their guts...!

They killed 185 people including 16 policemen and armymen,
now....what are we doing..? What are we waiting for...?
Does our courrpted politicians able to save us..? No..? But still we are
waiting...waiting for them to come again and kill our fellow citizens.

Why...? Why we are tolerating them...??

I've written in this article is my own personal views and opinions. I don't have any kind of
grievances or repulsion for any person or any political party. It may possible that some
points of article is true in present context but it may happen that it can be prove wrong in
future.....but, I always try to remain truthful with facts & informations.

"May great God give courage to the families of the victims to face the situation..."

On 19/09/2008, I have wrote an article Koi ek gaal pe thappad mare to.... just after the
serial blast took place in  Assam. In which I've criticized our Home Minister and our Prime
Minister's policies. Once again they and our Maharashtra Govt. (Including Sonia Gandhi)
have proved that we dont want to fight, infect we dont know how to fight .....and 26/11 is a
apparent evidence that "Koi ek gaal pe thappad mare to hum
dusra gaal bhi dete hai".

Some unavoidable facts about 26/11 Mumbai Attack

Sub-Inspector Pradeep Sharma - 104 (Encounter Killings)
Sub-Inspector Daya Nayak - 82 (Encounter Killings)
Inspector Praful Bhosale- 77 (Encounter Killings)
And.....ATS Chief Hemant Karkare encounter killing ....???? Not available.....!

At 10.40 pm on wednesday, 26/11, Sanju, one of my friend called and said just put on the
TV immidiately, when I put on my TV, I saw ATS Chief arrived in a car....weared his helmet
and bulletproof jacket and jumped in to the battle with attackers. Sanju has called me
because I told him on same evening that why our Government has removed all senior
experienced encounter specialist...?? Who is responsible behind this ?? Why our
Government interfering in ATS duty...?

At around 5.30 am on 27/11 I heard the news of Mr. Hemant Karkare's death. We have lost
our senior most experienced dedicated Chief of ATS and Ex. Officer of RAW (Research & Analysis Wing our external intelligence agency) and May be some of you don't like but we
can't ignore or avoid the fact that Mr. Karkare was new and novice for this kind of operations,
in simple plain words I must admit he was not at all meant for ATS, where life is always on a
verge of death. I'm not criticizing Mr. Karkare, he was definitely a dedicated and an honest
officer and above all indeed a brave officer, but somehow this whole incident force me to
think why we have lost Mr.Hemant Karkare and other 13 police officers?? And why this
incident happens? Who removed all the experienced encouter specialists......from A. A.
Khan to Pradeep Sharma?? Instead of focusing on other security issues, WHY the whole
ATS stuck behind the Malegaon Blast, Pragna Sinh and Major Purohit? WHY all the political
parties particularly UPA Alies and Left's were buzzing around only few small Hindu Groups?? What they wanted to prove..? I'm not at all trying to favouring Pragna Sinh
or any other Hindu Group, if Pragna Sinh is culprit she should be hanged. But, we have many other issues too, there are many other terrorist attack cases pending in court why only Pragna Sinh case? Who forced ATS to stuck behind this one case..? and Why ?

In last 11 months we had gone through the many many serial blasts in many major cities,
only our Mumbai were left.....so it was quite natural that those people had something big
and definite plan for amchi Mumbai. And....they succeded in their plan, infect they achieved
more than their expectations.....all because of our Congress and some of it's Allies, who
once openly supporting Simmi's and other Muslim sepratist groups. For their
own narrow political interest some poltical parties supporting Pakistan sponsored
terrorism against India.
And today, we are paying for it.....nearly thousand people died
in all terrorist attacks. Who is responsible for this...?? Ministers....? huh...they are not
ready to take any kind of responsibility for any of the terror attacks, infect
they don't feel it's
a big serious issue they are just taking this issue as routine, instead of taking any kind of
moral responsibility they are condeming the people and people's feeling by making uncouth
statement and also blaming particularly media for creating rampage. And right now they all
are busy in the Game call "Kaun Banega Chief Minister of Maharashtra"

BOTTOMLINE : We always critcize our courrpted politicians and systems for all our
problems, no doubt these bas***d politicians are biggest enemies of our nation. But, above
all we public are also biggest culprit in this problem because we are tolerating them,
we tolerate Moghals, we tolerate Portugeez then Britishers for 150 years and now since 60
years we are tolerating these vultures.
Why....why....why...???
We are tolerating them....?

Last Words :
We have Hindus, Shikhs, Muslims, Christians and Buddhist. We have armies, commandos,
security forces and bhailog too, we have Ambanis, Tatas, Brilas. We have Bacchans,
Rajnikant & Khans. We have Sachin, Sania and Anand. But.....We dont have Shivaji, Tipu
or Subhash Bose. We dont have Bhagat Singh, Laxmibai or Veer Savarkar.....infect we dont
have courage, guts and daring to save ourselves our our family, in other words we have men,
women and H I J D A S too. Friends dont feel bad this is the reality of India, this country
has more Hijdas then Men. And dont ever dare to pointing your finger at me freinds, c'ause
I'm own my way.

Now read this Nana Patekars 'YASHWANT' movies song.....
I've made some changes in it instead of Machhar word  I've put Bhrast Neta,
and instead of Aadmi (Human) I've put Desh (Nation) so read it that way :-))

Ek Bhrast Neta Desh ko Hijda bana deta hai, ek Bhrast Neta,
Ek khatmal puri raat ko apahij kar deta hai,
Sala ek Bhrast Neta Desh ko Hijda bana deta hai,
Subah ghar se niklo, bhid ka hissa bano,
shaam ko ghar wapas jaao daru pio aur bachhe paida karo
aur subah talak phirse mar jaao,
kyonki atma aur andar ka insaan mar chuka hai,
Jine ke liye ghinone samjote kar chuka hai,
Sala ek Bhrast Neta Desh ko Hijda bana deta hai.

Unchi dukan fika pakwan, khatar ki langoti chaandi ka pikdaan,
Sau me anshi baimaan phir bhi mera Bharat mahan.
Topi lagakar Bhrast Neta kahta hai desh ke logome
samta ki bhavna aa rahi hai iss liye to badi machli chhoti machli ko kha jaati hai,
Hamare chune(elected) hue kut-te (dogs) hume hi kat-te hai, hamari hi boti aapas me baat-te hai,
A-manoos gandh se bhari hui inki gandh se nange raste bhi kaapte hai,
Kal paida hue bac-che saans lete hue bhi kaapte hai,
Saitaano ki naajayaz aulad tahalaka macha rahi hai aur hum....
bhagwan ke chahite jaanwar insaan jindagi ko gaali banaye baithe hai,
kya kare sala ek Bhrast Neta Desh ko Hijda bana deta hai,

Giro salo giro giro giro lekin giro to us jharane ki tarah
jo parbat ki uchaai se girne par bhi apni sundarta khone nahi deta,
jamin ki tah se milne par bhi apne astitva ko nasht nahi hone deta hai,
Lekin sala itna sochne ke liye wakta hai kiske paas, kyonki sala
ek Bhrast Neta Desh ko Hijda bana deta hai.

Mandir-Masjid ki ladai me mar gaye laakho insaan,
Dharm-Majhub ke naam par ho gaye hajaaro kurbaan,
Jisne anyaay ke viruddh Baali ko mara, Rawan ko maut ke ghaat utara,
Punya ko paap se ubhara mujhe us Ram ki talaash hai,
Par lagta hai iss yug ke Ram ko aajivan banwas hai,
Kya kare, kyonki sala ek Bhrast Neta Desh ko Hijda bana deta hai.

Pros & Cons of G-20 Financial Summit

Pros & Cons of G-20 Financial Summit

Warning : Use or copy of any content of this article by way of audio, video or any print formet without the consent of it's Writer or Editor of Pratyax.com is strictly restricted and offendable and may face the legal action. This mail & article purely meant for the member of Pratyax.com and the Internet communities only, so forwarding and spreading through World Wide Web is only permissable without anyone's consent.

It was really weird and insane to see the people particularly G. Bush who had brought the global financial systems to a collapse and their gathering together in the name of G-20 Financial Summit. Moreover, the big surprise was Obama newly elected President was not invited. The summit was more like  a see off party of Mr. George Bush, at summit this junior Bush was more interested in serving 20 course sizzling foods to all the 20 guests, all the news channels were highlighted this cliping repeatedly. Does anyone tell me how much did the summit cost...? And what was they really discussed behind closed doors? Instead of looking at the bottom they are handling problem from the top.

Today, ships are steaming back to their home ports with full of undelivered goods. LC's are no longer being accepted at any ports. Productions in almost all major companies over the world is just chocked. Inventories become big and big everyday. Stock markets from Nasdaq, Dow jones to Dalal street touches new bottom in every session. Same thing has happened to the real estate and commodities.

Even in this crisis, these leaders do not adopting policies that could cut their overheads, allowances and other benefits. There are many ways to save the money. At the verge of financial crunch you sure can avoid this circus kind of big summit and gala parties. Instead of that you can make it all possible through teleconference which can save all those travelling allowances too....which spent by all leaders to attend the summit.

In the summit leaders have agreed to do many changes in international financial system and will work for better transparency and controls on banks, rating agencies and financial institutions, they also accept the role and responsibility of India, China and Brazil in the development of world economy. Together they all declared  "We are determined to enhance our co-operation and work together to restore global growth and achieve needed reforms in the world's financial systems."

"There is more work to be done, and there will be further meetings." G. Bush

The Leaders,
who met for five hours in the National Building Museum, New York, left most of the tough decisions to it's future meetings, which might be in April, 2009. Then, what the hell you all were doing in Summit ?? If you can't give the solid solution to curb the cirsis then you shouldnot arranged this kind of summit...oh....hey it was round table gala dinner dude...!

And see what the outcome of Summit...? Just a week after the summit City Bank announced 50,000 job cut and now all time three US Auto giants announced if they won't get $25 billion bailout they will go into liquidation anytime. I think before entrust the power to Obama, Bush Govt. will definitely scrap the complete US economy. If we go through the pros & cons of  this summit then you can realize that, G-20 Financial Summit was nothing but the nice DRAMA Produced and Directed by Mr. George Bush, and as usual all media gave full coverage to SUMMIT. Drama was successful but summit was totally failed.

Even at back home in India, situation is not good as it looks, since one month our PM and FM keep saying that crisis won't affect our growth or our financial system, but now they starts saying that US economic crisis spreaded all over the world so it will definitely affect our growth our developments and our financial structure....a circuit, kya haphus chodta hai re ye Pyare Mohan yaar....apun log kya alibag se aayela hai...? Bazaar ka to pahelese hi waat lagela hai re....!

Our PM (Pyare Mohan) who just following the Mr. Bush strategies and policies will definitiely put our economy in danger too. This is the time for India to learn from the others mistake, there is no need to remain in the shadow of any other country. It's time to cut the petrol prices 35% to 40% by reducing levy taxes, which definitely helps to control the inflation immidiately on large extent. It's time to pump in more money in the market, It's time to reduce the interest rate 2.5% to 3% instead of incresing, which will help to reduce the burden on borrower in time of crisis. Its time to adopting policies which stimulate domestic demands and boost productions which will automatcally create more job opportunities. But, instead of giving relief to the people of nation this PM & FM dostana jodi subsidising few business biggies by incresing interest rate and not reducing petrol pricees.

This is the time for India to learn from the others mistake and revamp our system and our bureaucracy. And friends, this is the time for us to select sensible, courageous and dedicated leader by way of our election card, dont forget to register your name for election card. Your election card is your powerful weapon which can change the entire nations destiny.

Last Words :
"People who don't have dreams don't have much.
People without dream is like a tree without fruit or flower."

Miracle Man 'OBAMA'
OFFLINE

Miracle Man 'OBAMA'

Hope, I'm not doing any exaggeration in calling him a miracle man. If you are evaluating him through the eye of our electronic or print media then he is just like all other US presidents. But, take him in context of American history, in context of white people mindset. Obama's victory is not just a victory over a rascism.....it's a victory over black history of America, it's victory over a unequality & inhumanity, it's a victory over a centuries old white people prejudi'cial egoistic complex, moreover it's a victory over republicans unreal, unsubstantial and somewhat partitial economical & defence policies.

Americans has broken the tradition and selected Obama to bring the change. Certainly all credit of victory's goes to Obama's only. It was definitely very difficult task for Obama being a dark skin person to win the hearts of white coservative people. But, yes...he did it with his spell. Since the beginning he knew that having good ideas is one thing, but getting them implemented is quite different thing. He would say that truth does not win itself; you have to build a working consensus around it to make it win.....how impressive dosto.....kuch suna hua lagta hai na ?? "Om Sahnav Bhunaktu, Sahviryam Karwa vahe.....Geeta, yes!! Vasudev Sri Krishna who was a head (not a King) of Mathura Gan Rajya (oldest version of Democracy), believed in a same theory....."Sach kabhi apne-aap nahi jit-ta hai use jitane ke liye, ek saath ek mat ho kar kam karoge ya ladoge tab sach jitega."

Once Obama wrote in an article "In my life, I always looked to Mahatma Gandhi as an inspiration, because he embodied the kind of transformational change that can be made when ordinary people come together to do extraordinary things." And that's why his portrait hangs in my Senate office; to remind me that real results will not just come from Washington, they will come from the people.

With his foresighted vision & ethical thoughts, with his workmanship, with his conviction & faith he has changed the people mind. In July 2004, he gave his first national speech at Democratic National Convention in Boston, Massachusetts. The speech was telecasted by almost all big TV channels. In speech he criticized strongly Bush Govt. policy on Iraq War and particularly on partisan of the electorate. Obama appealed all Americans to find 'Unity in Diversity' saying "There's not a liberal America and a conservative America; there is the United States of America. There's not a black America, a white America, Latino America or Asian America; there is the United States of America." His words touched the heart of millions americans. Since then people starts believeing him, portrayed him as a national leader.

Obama has proved to be a charismatic, efficient public speaker, crowd puller and ofcourse a great motivator, a quick decision maker and a good initiater, during his tenure at senate's upper house, he proposed and sponsored many policies related to economy, health, defence. Which proved his efficiency of converting words into reality. His political career graph is quite impressive.....in 1996 he steped into the lower house of the senate first time from Illinois State, then re-elected three times consecutively. In 2004 he resigned from the Illinois Senate following his election to the US Senate (Upper House). In a span of 12 years he becomes the President of worlds most powerul democratic country. From 1996 to Presidential election 2008, you can't find a dowanward trend in his career graph, it's only a upward trend.....i think God has forgot to put reverse gear in his CAReer.

Last Words : Friends, people of America has broken the tradition and bring the change, now, it's our time to bring change. Use your VOTE, it's a powerful weapon and assets we have. Our VOTE gives us power to SELECT our leader.....It's not about Hindus, Muslims, Shikhs or Christians or else.....It's about our nation INDIA. Kick of all the b***amp;amp; bhrast politicians and ELECT a leader who can bring the change.

In second year, he was elected as a President of the Law Review, functioning as Editor-in-Chief and supervising the staff of eighty editors. His election as the first black president of the Harvard Law Review led him to a publishing contract and an advance for his book about race relations. He planned to finish the book in a year, but, it took much longer time as book evolved into a personal memoir. The manuscript was finally published in mid-1995 as Dreams from My Father.

In 1992, Obama directed Illinois' Project Vote, in which he achieved a goal of registering 150,000 of 400,000 unregistered African-Americans in the state. For which Crain's Chicago Business naming Obama to its 1993 list of "40 under Forty" powers to be. Same year Obama has joined University of Chicago Law School, where he taught Constitutional Law for 12 year as a Lecturer from 1992 to 2004. Then he has joined Davis, Miner, Barnhill & Galland, a twelve-attorney law firm also worked & served in many institutions and companies.

Obama was first elected to the Illinois State in 1996, and was reelected to the Illinois Senate in 1998, and again in 2002. In 2003, Obama became chairman of the Illinois Senate's Health and Human Services Committee, which helps Democrats to regained it's majority after staying in minority for a decade. In November 2004, Obama resigned from the Illinois Senate following his election to the US Senate.

In July 2004, Obama wrote and delivered an electrifying speech at the 2004 Democratic National Convention in Boston, Massachusetts. In speech he questioned Bush Government's management of the Iraq war and highlighted America's obligations to its soldiers. He criticized strongly on partisan of the electorate and appealed Americans to find 'Unity in Diversity' saying "There's not a liberal America and a conservative America; there is the United States of America. There's not a black America, a white America, Latino America or Asian America; there is the United States of America." Speech appealed a lot of people in America as speech was broadcasted on many big channels and which put Obama's on the front stage and projected him as a National Leader and this also reflected in the 2004 general election, Obama defeated his contender Keyes's with largest margin in Illinois history.

Obama was sworn in as a senator on January 4, 2005. Obama was the fifth African American Senator in U.S. history, and the third to have been popularly elected.
During his tenure of 4 years, he proposed and sponsored many liberal policies related to economy, health, defense  (security of nuclear power plant & nuclear terrorism) and federal legislation. Which again portrayed his potential as a national leader. During his tenure Obama associated with many committees such as Foreign Relations, Environment & Public Works, Veteran's Affair, Health, Education, Labour and Pensions, Homeland Security and Governmantal Affairs.

On February 10, 2007, Obama announced his candidacy for President of the United States in front of the  old State Capitol building in Springfield, Illinois.Announcement site was symbolic and has great historic value because this is the place where Abraham Lincoln delivered his historic "House Divided" speech in 1858. Throughout the campaign, Obama has emphasized the issues of rapidly ending the Iraq War, increasing Energy Independence, and providing Universal Health Care, at one point identifying these as his top three priorities.

Obama raised record brake fund in his fund raising campaign in many Democratic primaries, in 2007, even in 2008 too. And after the big victory against his -  parties own candidate Hillary Clinton over the presumptive nominee. Obama moved towards the President poll, and began his election campaign against Senator John McCain, the Republic nominee.

On August 23, 2008, Obama selected Delware Senater Joe Biden (Joe Biden known for his soft corner for India) as his vice presidential running mate. Then, on August 28, Obama delivered a speech to the 84,000 supporters in Denver. During the speech, which was viewed by nearly 38 million people worldwide, he accepted his party's nomination and presented his policy goals.

On November 2, 2008, Obama's grandmother, Madelyn Dunham, died from cancer at the age of 86. Obama learned of his grandmother's death on November 3, one day before his election. On November 4, 2008, Barack Obama defeated John McCain to become the 44th and also 1st Afro-American President of the United States.

Your New Year Resolution...!
OFFLINE

YOUR NEW YEAR RESOLUTION

Hey friends what is your new year resolution ?? Many of you are aware with this concept but I think majority of the people dose'nt know about this. A New Year's Resolution is a COMMITMENT that an individual makes to a project or the reforming of a HABIT, often a LIFESTYLE change....in short  they are goals to make our lives better. Although it's a western concept but I believe nothing is wrong in accepting any good idea for the betterment of human life, specially when it won't affecting our basic root thought or our tradition. I think it's an opportunity to kick our bad habits, our weaknesses and start our life with new hopes and commitments. So sit down and take a cup of tea / coffee, a paper and a pen, and reflect : What kinds of New Year Resolutions you are going to make for yourself at the beginning of new year?

Beggining of a new year means beginning of new hopes, new dreams, new goals and new achievements. Wether you are 15 year old student or 50 year old director of your company, you must have a resolution for the year, for your career and life. New year is the perfect time to review your past and plan for your future. It's time to think about what you have lost & gained and what do you want to achieve in future? Making a new year resolution is a great idea because it gives you proper direction, and with your commitment and careful planning will put your life on the right track which will lead you to your goal and destination. New year plans are vary from person to person depending on one's need and expectations.

If you want to buy a car or want to buy your own house just go for it, wants to go for higher study or gain a higher position in your company just go for it, if you love someone truely and want to marry her / him but getting obstacles in it (as it always happen in love) just go for it.....make the resolution and try to overcome it, or it may be earning more money, quit smoking, lose weight or spending more time with family.....just just just go for it.

It may happen that in a matter of month or even in a week, we may forget our commitment, our new improved character which might be result in some frustration and failure.....unless you are a highly motivated and ambitious person. Best way to stick to your your resolution is just put it on a piece of paper and keep it in your personal diary or in your wallet so it reminds you whenever you see it. Believe me if you stick to your resolution, your plan.....you can do a lot in your life and achieve many goals & dreams, it will definately boost your life personally and socially. It's a process to know yourself.....grow yourself.

Infact this year I've make big resolution for my life.....it's not about money or any materialistic things of life.....though I must admit honestly that I'm not at all SADHU (sada dosa) kind of person yaar !! Even I also appriciate & enjoying all this things, but, money is never been a priority of my life. But, now its time for me to rethink about my priorities of life, my relationship, my thought for honesty and trust .....in short its time to change myself veritcally (but except my core level thoughts & belief). In last ten years I've learnt lot of things from the life.....infact my continues failures during this period makes me feel to rethink abt all these things. It's difficult to change yourself after thirties but I've to do it and I know i can do it.

Anyway, lets come to our point.....most people will fall off the horse along the way as it seems to be human nature to fall off the horse! We have to continually get back on the horse and continue on our way towards achieving what we set out to achieve. It's the thing to try again and again untill you get succeed.

Friends, I'd like to take a risk and suggest one small resolution to you which may not affect your life long resolution, it's not at all my idea,
idea originated from the movie called 'Pay It Forward' directed by Mimi Leder. If you get the chance...must see this movie.

The idea is very simple. You do something good for other people. These people cannot 'repay' you... They are encouraged to pay-it-forward. In turn, doing something good for someone else. Calculation is simple. If I'll do something GOOD for 3 people and these 3 people in turn do something for 3 other people (each) - will impacted 9 people in total. These 9 people will make a difference in 27 people's life, which in their turn will touch 81 people's hearts... See how fast it moving?? It's like multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes. This year, you can use the same principle to make the world a better place.

It might happen that someone will break the chain. However, others still, will reach out and touch more people than you ever imagine. Just open the door of your heart and make it flow freely without any obstacles. There are many ways to touch the people's heart.......an action, a touch, a hug (jaadu ki zappi), a word, a smile.......Just go ahead and make someone's day and see how it makes U feel.....if they smile back to you and say Thank You. ask them to pass it forward.

Last Words : "When you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with somebody, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible."

"LICENSE TO CRUSH"
OFFLINE

LICENSE TO CRUSH
(Under Section 279 & 338)

Yes, it is Section 279 and 338 of Indian Penal Code for rash driving, negligence and endangered human life is nothing but a big black dot (Kala Kalank) of our legal system in other words it openly gives you license to hurt any one or endangered any one's life by hitting him / her with your vehicle and then you can get away with the fine of 1000 rupees only...no matter what and how much the terrible accident you got and victims conditions is.....it does not concern with the victim's serious injuries at all....!

Here is a latest and worst example of RASH DRIVING.......Sanket Upadhyay, a young boy near twenty might be under age (claimed to be 23) who just gave his 12th standard examinations(Second year junior college). On Tuesday October 7, 2008, at 9.30 pm this guy mowed down 31 year old lady KAMINI SANGHAVI very badly with his car in a narrow street called Nursing Lane (complete residential area), opposite N. L. School, at Malad West....the most populated suburb of Mumbai.

As per the Sanket's (Accused) statement who does'nt hold a proper motor vehicle licence also( Malad police still can't able to find out.....after the 48 hours of an incident that this guy holding a proper license or not?)  lost his control on car as he was trying to save one Rikshawala.....by mistaken he pushed accelerator instead of brake, but as per the many eyewitnesses statement that boy was speeding while entering into the lane, infact after observing the accident spot anybody can make out that car would be in a top speed as it has broked the 6 feet tall and 3 feet broad concrete pillar and the iron gate attached with the piller and after the incident accused ranaway to his home which is in a same street and crowd of nearly 200 people were just watching all tamasha not a single person from the crowd took the initiative and took her in a hospital which is just a 20 steps near the spot.....this sounds really shocking. But by the grace of God lady has saved from the fatal injuries although she got some major injuries, multiple fractures in both the legs and stitches on head.

This incident proves that how the people of metro city like Mumbai (known for its strict Law & Order situation compare to any other metro cities of India) ignoring the law.....it is not like people in this city are unaware or uneducated infact any road side laariwala bhaiya's know the basic laws of road traffic....but it is we.....our attitude proves how the corruption has spread in our blood that a young boy without proper vehicle license rashing a car in a residential area, actually back of the mind he knows the weak point of our legal system, and because of corruption he can get out of any seviour offense. So it is not at all a case of drunken driving or section 279 * or 338 * of negligence it is a case of section 299, culpable homicide but without prejudice. Police has booked the boy under the section 279 & 338 for rash driving, negligence and endangered human life but later boy out on bail as these two sections of Indian Penal Court is not enough to put him or any one behind the bars, infact police department can't do anything except fined him of 1000 rupees and let him go.....it means you can crushed any one in just 1000 rupees. And we all know what happened in Saif Ali Khan's, Navjot Singh Siddhu's and Salman Khan's case.

More than a million (Ten lakhs) people died in a road accident every year in the world. And it is said more than fifty thousand people died alone in India only, this figure is doubled in last five years since an incridible growth in four wheeler sales. Everyday nearly 300 cars got the registration at Mumbai RTO. According to recent survey by leading news paper proves that more than 10000 people died in a fatal accident every year in just 5 metro cities Delhi, kolkatta, Hydrabad, Banglore and Mumbai. As per the traffic official "we book many motorist and fined them everyday but that does not seem to make them drive more cautiously". It is true that current law for rash or errant driving is not enough to put fear in people mind.....like the recent movement of Mumbai Traffic Police against drunken driving, thousands of people have arrested & convicted. Lets hope Legal department and Traffic Police department will take this matter seroulsy and do something for the safety of the people.

Indian Penal Code :

* Section 279 provides :
Rash driving or riding on a public road : Whoever drives any vehicle, or rides, on any public way in a manner so rash or negligent as to endanger human life, or to be likely to cause hurt or injury to any other person, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine
which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both.

* Section 338 provides :
Causing grievous hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of
others, Whoever causes grievous hurt to any person by doing any act so rashly or negligently as to endanger human life, or the personal safety of others, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with
fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both.

JUST TO MAKE YOUR DAY
The Tunnel
One day Lallo Prasad Yadav (Railway Minster), Manmohan Singh (PM),
Mayawati(CM of UP) are travelling in a train just to inspect railway services.
A beautiful Hot Bengoli lady seating besides Mayawati.

After several minutes of the trip, the train passes through a dark tunnel,
and.....the loud unmistakable sound of a slap is heard. When they leave the
tunnel, Laloo Yadav has a big red slap mark on his cheek.
The Bengoli lady thought - "That rascal Laloo Yadav wanted to touch me & by
mistake, he must have put his hand on the Mayawati, who in turn must have
slapped on his face"
The Mayawati (jealously) thought - "That dirty Laloo laid his hands on the innocent lady
and she slaped him".
Laloo thought - "Manmohan Singh put his hand on that bengoli Lady and by
mistake she slapped me"
Manmohan Singh thought - "I hope there's another tunnel soon so I can smack(slap)
Laloo Yadav again".

Singh is King.....singh is king.....singh is king......!!!!

Singh is King.....Singh is King........
OFFLINE

"Any nuclear test by India would result in 'most serious consequences' including automatic cut-off of US cooperation as well as a number of other sanctions." statement made by the US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice immidiately after the US senate approval of nuclear deal on Wednesday Oct.1 2008. What this lady & US government wants to say ? And why there is no single comment from any government officials on Condoleezza Rice statement....? Does India has surrender to US? Or.....US has surrendered is on the deals we signed ? Does India really facing that much power crisis ? Can't we able to produce ample energy and power in our country....?  Where is Mr. Abdul Kalam? Why media and our energy commision is not consulting him on this issue...? US nuclear industry which has not able to received any single paisa order for the last 30 years. So why we yar.....?

Russia is already building two 1,000 megawatt reactors at Kudankulam in Tamil Nadu as part of a deal signed in 1988.....so why this Singh is saying we love Bush we love US ? Why we are underestimating - ignoring Sec. 123 Agreement Hyde text of the US Energy Act. Although they have released the text of 123 agreement .....but picture is still not clear as our Govt. has accepted the US stand of that they can't go beyond the framework of the Hyde Act. Infect all other agreement act existing in US has same kind of framework as 123 Agreement, that is in each Framework Agreement there are series of legal words which usually means something totally different or opposite from the Framework of Agreement. As we have signed the Framework Agreement unfortunately we have to follow them. The agreement will initially remain in force for 40 years, but can be renewed for subsequent ten-year periods. The agreement also provides for the termination of nuclear cooperation between India and the USA with one-year notice period.

According to the Confederation of Indian Industry we will get $27 billion investments in 18-20 nuclear power plants in next 15 years.....and by 2025-30 we will get the actual benefit of this agreement as any new nuclear power plant may take atleast 10 to 12 years to be built so till that time???? Nacho, gaao...dhol bajao...!! India has committed to buy a minimum 10,000 MW (worth $70 billion) from the dying US nuclear industry. which has not received any new order for the last 30 years.
Now just think who is King...?

Do we really need this $27 billion investments....? I think this $27 billion is not at all a big amount for both Ambanis. And Russia is already building two 1,000 megawatt reactors at Kudankulam in Tamil Nadu as part of a deal signed in 1988.....and still four more multi billion dollar nuclear reactors in pipeline, which has been delayed because of international restrictions against New Delhi. The expected cost of each reactors is up to $2 billion or less as Russia is competing with the United States. It is true that we will get many benefits from this deal
as we can develop a strategic reserve of nuclear fuel to guard against any disruption of supply over the lifetime of its nuclear power reactors. It will also be able to reprocess US-origin nuclear fuel at a special facility under International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) safeguards.....and this would make India the third region unrestricted in that respect by US lawmakers - after the European Union and Japan - and the first to host such a facility under such international safeguards arrangements. But the truth is the major beneficiaries from this deal will be the United States, France and Russia.

But the billion dollar question is still there.....why United States only.....? And why we are ignoring "extraneous" and "prescriptive" provisions of the article 2.1 of the 123 Agreement, Hyde Act plus (a) version.....and the statement made by the Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice yesterday "What she wants to tell us by saying this? And now just have a look at the other side of the deal as Pakistan is just standing behind us ready and eager to enter into the agreement with the US, and definitely this agreement will satishfy its so long thirst for nuclear independency, and this thirst will convert into a big threat to India in future.

Last Words : Man is least himself when he talks in his own person. Give him a mask, and he will tell you the truth.

It's a MAD MAD MAD world of TATTOO
OFFLINE

 "It's a
MAD MAD MAD

World of
TATTOO"

A TATTOO is a permanent marking or design applied on human body and are type of body modification for decorative purpose. Tattooing is practising in many parts of the world like Ainu in Japan, Maori of  New Zealand and mostly  among the Polynesian peoples and  among certain tribal groups in the Philippines, Cambodia, Borneo & Mentawai Islands, Africa, North & South America, Mesoamerica and some parts of Europe specially in Gypsy's......today this art contnuing to be more popular in almost all parts of the world.....even in India too, tatooing is still a part of tradition in some tribes.

Tattooing has been a practiced in many continents since more than ten thousands years BC as a part of tradition and used as an identification mark with particular groups and also fashion too.......because it was a very early age of human civilization, so the art of jewellery was not developed at that time. But, today....it is widely known as a popular fashionable body art. Wether its black or white it is widely accepted by the people all over the world.

There is no particular evidence that how tattoos were started but probably were created by an accident.....someone had a small wound, and rubbed it with soot and ashes from a fire, after sometimes the wound had healed, they saw a mark stayed permanently......which was then developed in the form of TATTOO.

APPLICATION
Tattoos
are created by inserting coloured ink into the layers of skin. Some tribal cultures traditionally created tattoos by cutting designs into the skin and rubbing the resulting wound with ink, ashes or other agents. Some cultures create tattooed marks by hand-tapping the ink into the skin using sharpened wood-metal sticks or animal bones. Traditional Japanese tattoos (Horimono) are still "hand-poked,"  the ink is inserted beneath the skin with purely hand-made and hand held tools with needles of sharpened bamboo or steel. This method is known as "Tebori".

Today, in modern times the most common method of tatooing is the electric tattoo machine, which inserts ink into the skin via a group of needles that are soldered onto a bar, which is attached to an oscillating unit. The unit rapidly and repeatedly drives the needles in and out of the skin, usually 80 to 150 times a second. This modern procedure is ordinarily sanitary. The needles are single-use needles that come packaged individually. The tattoo artist must wash not only his or her hands, but they must first wash the area that will be tattooed. Gloves must be worn at all times and the wound must be wiped frequently with a wet disposable towel of some kind.

INK - PIGMENTS
Earlier tattoo inks were obtained directly from nature and were extremely limited in pigment variety. Today, there are unlimited number of colours and shades of tattoo ink are available in parlours all over the world. Tattoo artists commonly mix these inks to create their own, unique pigments and shades. A wide range of dyes & pigments can be used in tattoos, from inorganic materials like titanium dioxide, iron oxides, quinoline, carbon black and azo dyes to dyes from organic materials like ashes and other mixtures. The current trend for tattoo pigment favors Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS plastic).

PRECAUTIONS

Before applying the tattoo....client should take care of some precautions like he / she is asked to approve the final position of the applied stencil. After that artist will open new, sterilized needle packages in front of the client, and always use new, sterile or sterile disposable instruments with fresh ink for each session (loaded into disposable ink caps which are discarded after each client). Also, all areas which may be touched with contaminated gloves will be wrapped in clear plastic to prevent cross-contamination. Equipment that cannot be autoclaved (such as counter tops, machines, and furniture) will be wiped with an approved disinfectant.

AFTER CARE & REMOVAL
Tattoo
artists, and people with tattoos, should be very careful while caring for new tattoos. Some artists recommend keeping a new tattoo wrapped for the first twenty-four hours, while others suggest removing temporary bandaging after two hours or less. Many tattooists advise against allowing too much contact with hot tub or pool water, or soaking in a tub for the first two weeks. This is to prevent the tattoo ink from washing out or fading due to over-hydration and avoid infection from exposure to bacteria and chlorine. In contrast, other artists suggest that a new tattoo be bathed in very hot water early and often.

In short new tattoo needs to be keep clean and avoid direct sunlight on tattoo this can cause fading of the image or design. And there are so many precautions to be taken care for making tattoo more visible and attractive. Now a days many commercial products have been developed for tattoo aftercare, also you can use cocoa butter, lanolin or any oil based ointments or salt water are recommended to avoid any kind of skin infections and fading. While tattoos are considered permanent, but it is possible to remove. However complete removal, is not possible, although many doctors and laser practitioners claiming that 95% removal is possible with the newest lasers, especially with black and darker colored inks, but the expense and pain of removing them typically will be greater than the expense and pain of applying them.

RISK FACTOR
Tattooing
may carry some health risks because it requires breaking the skin barrier so tattoo instruments come in contact with blood and bodily fluids while applying, and diseases may be transmitted through this instruments.  Hepatitis C is spread by infected blood and infected needles use in instruments, and this is the common virus' connection with tattooing. Tattoos involve lots of needles making lots of sticks in the skin. Each stick carries potential for contamination. About 75% of people infected with Hepatitis C will develop a long-term infection that attacks the liver, leading to cirrhosis, liver failure, and liver cancer at an early age. People with tattoos are nine times more likely to be infected with Hepatitis C. So friends better be

In USA RED CROSS prohibits blood donations from the people who has applied tattoo on body for 12 months.  won't accept blood donation from the people who has applied tattoo on his body for 12 months. A poll conducted online in July 2003 estimated that 16% of all adults in the United States have at least one tattoo. The highest incidence of tattoos was found among the g l***and bisexual population (31%) and among Americans ages 25 to 29 years (36%) and 30 to 39 years (28%).....I don't have any figures of India....but now a days Tattooing is becomes a part of a daily fashion. But, before you are planning to apply tattoo on your body just think about all the important points I've mentioned here.

Samurai-The Lost Warrier
OFFLINE

THE LOST SAMURAI

I am always been attracted towards the life of warrier the army man, Samurai is one of them. I like the way of their life their attitudes towards life and death. I'm very much impressed with their thoughts about duty and death. "DUTY" is a primary philosophy of the Samurai's life and "DEATH" has always been linked to the samurai. Samurai has transcended their fear of death. Samurai's life is a mirror of Japanese people mind still today paople are in Japan believes that an honorable death is better than a life of disgrace.

Samurai, the military warrier of old Japan. The word samurai first used in 8th century AD, derived from the Japanese verb samorau, then changed to saburau, means "to serve",  a servant, the servant / guard of a lord, an imperial palace and also acted as a police force in the provinces.

During the Heian period (late 8th and early 9th centuries), the emperor Kammu disbanded his army, so his power gradually declined. While the emperor was still the ruler, but other powerful clans around Kyoto city take the positions of ministers and their relatives bought the magistrates positions so they can collect taxes from farmers, to amass wealth and repay their debts, they imposed heavy taxes, so many farmers were forced to leave their lands. Meanwhile the regional clans grew powerful by offering lower taxes to the farmers as well as freedom from conscription, they also began recruiting exiles and gave them intense training of martial arts. These clans armed themselves and they eventually form themselves into armed forces, so they can repel other powerful clans and magistrates from collecting taxes. Latter these warrier were known as a SAMURAI.   Some clans were formed by local farmers also, who had taken up arms to protect themselves and their lands from the imperial magistrates. And these clans again formed alliances to protect themselves against other powerful clans, and by the mid-Heian  period they had adopted characteristic of Japanese armour and weapons and
laid the foundation of bushido, and their famous ethical code & conduct.

"Bushido" means "Way of the Warrior." Samurai lives their life according to the ethic Code & Conduct of Bushido. It was a code of moral principles which the Samurai were required to follow. The core philosophy of Bushido is "freedom from fear", Samurai transcended his fear of death. This gave them the peace and power to serve his master faithfully, honestly and loyally and die well when it required. "DUTY" is a primary philosophy of the Samurai's life. The Samurai philosophy of giri (duty) and chugi (loyalty) are the twin pillars on which nearly 700 years of Japanese military history rest.

Bushido believes in frugality, loyalty, mastery of martial arts, and honour to death. When Samurai failed to uphold his honour he could regain it by performing ritual suicide. Seppuku is an act of suicide performed by samurai by cutting open (his) abdomen. We know this procedure as hara kiri. It was commonly performed using a dagger. This act was admired by the Samurai, it was really an unpleasant way to die. In fact in some situation at the time of agony a comrade would cut off his head.

Samurai always keep the range of weapons such as bows and arrows, spears and guns; The hallmark of these early samurai was the possession of a horse and skills at handling bow and arrow.....but their most famous weapon and their symbol was SWORD (Katana - type of Japanese Sword).  In 14th century blacksmith called Masamune developed the sword with two-layer structure of soft and hard iron.  With it's amazing cutting power and endurance this sword was adopted and spread rapidly. Since then, Japanese swords had been recognized as one of the invincible carry weapons during the pre-industrial era of East Asia. And it was one of the top exported items too, some of them making its ways into our India also.

This Samurai style katana is razor sharp, blade has a cloud-shaped temper line (or hada, in Japanese) that was present on all finely-crafted katana. The shape of the blade, as well as the strength, and the edge, are different for every sword. The samurai always would cut on the draw, which meant when they drew their sword, it was in a cutting motion, and that was usually the first blow dealt with the enemy. The sword was so sharp and deadly, so it was so easy for samurai to cut through the armour of anyone he drew on.They were allowed to keep two swords - a long one and a short one, common people were not allowed to keep any kind of  weapons at all.

The Japanese samurai caste itself had different kind of ranks with different priviledges. A basic ranking system from the twelfth century distinguished in three major ranks:

A]  Kenin - means "housemen". A administrators or vassals.
B]  Mounted samurai - Only high-ranking samurai warriors were allowed to fight on horse-back.
C]  Foot soldiers

Now  powerful landowners hired these private Samurai (warriors) for the protection of their properties as they proved to be effective and loyal guards, some were related to the ruling class, some of them were hired men accompany tax collectors, in fact their presence, deter thieves and bandits from attacking....in return they received land and position in the society from their Daimyo (feudal landowners) who further used Samurai's power to acquire more power and more land.

The hallmark of these early samurai was the possession of a horse and skills at handling bow and arrow. The Samurai became expert in fighting from horseback and on the ground. They practiced armed and un-armed combat. They used swords for close-in fighting and beheading their enemies.....latter in 13th century the samurai sword achieved prominence over the bow.

In the 13 century Zen Buddhism spread among samurai, it helped to shape their standards of conduct, particularly overcoming fear of death and killing. Sakyamuni (A welknown Indian monk) took the Zen Buddhism in Japan. The philosophies of Buddhism and Zen, Confucianism and Shinto influenced the Samurai culture.

In 13 century, Yuan, a Mongolian Empire, invaded Japan two times. Samurai were unaware of combating in group, so they barely survived in the first battle. In the second invasion samurai devastated large, but they fought very well even without Kamikaze, they would have driven back the invaders disorganized armies composed of Chinese, Korean and Mongolian. And it was one of the top exported items too, few even making its ways into our India also.

Samurai warriors had ssome special priviledges. They were allowed to wear two swords - a long one and a short one. Common people were not allowed to keep any weapons at all. In certain period samurai warriors were even allowed to behead a commoner who had offended them.

The idea that an honorable death is better than a life of disgrace continues in modern Japan. Japan has the highest rate of suicides in the world. Japanese kill themselves for failing in business or for not passing an exam.

In 15th century, the Ashikaga shogunate had lost control of the country. Powerful feudal lords had ravaged Japan in a series of civil wars lasting for nearly 100 years. Then Toyotomi Hideyoshi unite the Japan, he introduced a series of reforms which changes the life of samurai class. Now samurai live permanently in castles. Until then they were farming their own land during peacetime. And to finance the system, Toyotomi Hideyoshi introduced a rice taxation system under which every samurai warrior received a certain amount of rice depending on his rank.
The samurai class was formally abolished in 1876 with the establishment of Japan's national conscript army. Sword-bearing was restricted to the army, and the characteristic topknot hairstyle banned. As Historians estimate the percentage that belonged to the samurai class at 8 percent of the overall population of Japan. The abolishment of the samurai class caused severe social problems. Many samurai did not know how to make a living and survive. There were cases of samurai wives who sold themselves to brothels to support the family.

Satsuma Rebellion 1876-1877

But friends game was not over here many samurai could not able to accept this new situation and were desperate  with the loss of their former status. So they gathered under the helm of Takamori Saigo, a samurai and statesman who previously worked with local clan leader of Satsuma in the southern region on the island of Kyushu (Kyushu is Japan's third largest island. An early center of Japanese civilization). Saigo had also served the new Meiji government well in leading positions and had carried many of the Meiji reforms. But later he became unhappy with the decisions took by the Meiji Government like abolishment of Samurai privileges and refusal of to invade Korea proposed by Saigo Takamori.  So he quit and gathered an army of samurai warriers  to rebel against the Central Imperial Government. The rebels were lead by Saigo Takamori. It was a clash of brave fighters equipped with inferior weapons against a modern army with Western technology and trained in modern Western warfare. 60,000 government troops faced 20,000 rebels. After many lost battles Saigo and his 300 die-hard samurai had retreated to the hills of Shiroyama near their hometown of Kagoshima. Tired and exhausted and without ammunition and food, the last samurai knew that they had no chance. Then the day came.....in the morning hours of September 24, 1877 the artillery shelling by the government forces began. Saigo Takamori was wounded and committed suicide in samurai tradition - the last samurai beheaded each other.

Now Saigo Takamori became a hero for the Japanese. The victorious government made a clever move many years later. They pardoned Saigo posthumously and honored him as a national hero.

Today, Samurai warriors have been glorified in many hollywood films, books, comic series, TV shows and theater plays. The Samurai history is a source of fascination for adults and children all over the world.

Truth behind the Orkut story
OFFLINE

A Virginia base guy in his twenty lost his girlfriend in a train accident.... but her name not appeared in the dead list. The guy then developed a website to find her Girl Friend and then the things went as planned.....he found his girl firend so while shutting down the website....Google has offered him a big amount and took over the website....and in 1st year it made a profit of 1 billion dollar....today Google is paying him a huge amount for the each things we are doing on ORKUT......The Biggest Social Networking Site, named after ORKUT BUYUKKOTEN. He is expected to be the richest person by 2009.......what a s***story......yaar..!!! Still there are lots of stuff like ORKUT BUYUKKOTEN has 13 assistants to monitor his scrapbook, gets 20000 friend request and 85000 scraps.....abhi to bahot kuch hai dosto aur climax to abhi baaki hai :

>Google give him $12 for every new registration
>Google give him $10 when you add somebody as a friend.
>Google give him $200 for each photograph you upload on Orkut.
>Google give him $5 when you scrap somebody & $4 when somebody scraps you.
>Google give him $2 when you become somebody's fan.
 And etc.....etc.........bla...bla...bla.....!!

There are countless calculations and stories about ORKUT BUYUKKOTEN....very 1st, a year ago one of my friend told me this story then I heard it from many others and many of pratyax members has sent this story to me many times and I also read this story on many many blogs speically on many Indian IT people  blog....., I always found this story illogical and unrealistic. it's a nice story but are all TOTALLY....TOTALLY baseless and insane. There no truth in this story......

Actually, Orkut was launched in January 2004 by Google itself only and named after its creator, Google employee Orkut Buyukkokten....yes he is still a employee of Google. Orkut Buyukkokten, a Turkish software engineer was a master mind behind this project.  "Sala apun ko pahlehi-j mallom tha apun ka india main faku log bahot hai Aishwarya-Abhishek ko maloom bhi na pade aur uske bete ka naam ka fixed deposit account khul jata hai aur Ambani chai pene bhi hotel me jaayega to log bolega wo hotel usne kharid liya hai.....sala baap ka maal hai kya...? Basically, we Indians don't believe in analysis we just take what others says or whatever comes, "Chintu ke papa ne Maruti li hum bhi Maruti lenge and 'be Indian buy Indian Products'  you've heard this words from the mouth of many people (specially educated people) while buying BATA products....and I've seen many people taking proud for BATA & TATA as it is truely an Indian Company, we all know TATA very well......but man what is BATA...? for your kind information BATA is not at all an Indian Brand....It's a Canadian Brand based in Canada since the beginning", C'on friends use your brain thoda logic, thodi common sense aur thoda research........like today Orkut user base numbered at around 120 million / 12 crores as per Wikipedia .......now calculate all those figures (above mentioned) with users / members figure....? just imagine dosto ki....what will be the final figure.........?? Even Bill Gates can't able to count it.

Orkut is a social networking site run by Google. Orkut is similar to other social networking sites. But, with its unique new features it becomes more popular in very short time. In fact Google gave new identity to social networking with its user friendly interface. Today, the majority of its users are in India and Brazil.

While working with Affinity Engines before the Google, Buyukkokten had developed a similar system, InCircle, for the university alumni groups. In June 2004, Affinity Engines filed a case against Google, claiming that Orkut is just an copy of InCircle code. The allegation is based on the presence of 9 identical bugs in orkut that also exist in InCircle.

Orkut claims to be designed to help users meet new friends and maintain existing relationships.....like in Friendster and MySpace. But  Orkut is just step ahead of others with its new unique features like "SCRAPBOOK","Communities" etc.,  apart from the normal features of messaging and photo album. In fact Google gave new identity to social networking with its user friendly interface. Originally, its membership was by invitation only. By April 2008, Orkut's user base rached to 120 million (as per Wikipedia), just next to  MySpace. The initialy target market for Orkut was the United States only, but now the majority of its users are in India and Brazil. Orkut is the most visited website in Brazil and second most visited site in India,  as of May 2008, 43.9% of the traffic comes from BRAZIL and 38.8% from INDIA.......great...!!

The main feature of Orkut is it allowes anyone to create a community on anything (even at Pratyax you can also do the same). One can post topics, inform users about an event, ask them questions or queries. There are more than one million communities on Orkut with topics ranging from pizza to pasta. Users have options to rate their friends and also make a new group to join friends according to their wishes. Orkut allows anyone to visit anyone's profile, unless a potential visitor is on your "Ignore List"....there are pleanty of features at Orkut and thus it becomes the popular social networking site.

On the other hand because of its huge users / members base Orkut becomes out of control and as with any other social networking community, a number of fake and cloned profiles developed on Orkut, which has created many social problems in many countries. And also many HATE GROUPS  which spreading defamatory content like racism, nazism, anti religion, anti-national, and anti-ethnic on Orkut. Recently an Indian court has issued notices to Google on some of the groups. And Mumbai Police are seeking a ban on Orkut. Just because of it's censorless features, privileges and due to national security issues, and Islamic ethical issues Iran has bloked the Orkut 3 years ago. And in August 2006 United Arab Emirates followed the Iran and blocked the Orkut.

Orkut has many other competitors like MySpace and Facebook {and Pratyax too yaar... :)) }, the only major feature that orkut dosen't has is a Blogging service (we have at Pratyax). Now Google is planning to add several new features to orkut in 2008.

With love...Mothers Day special
OFFLINE

Mothers Day
India is known for it's different and many kinds of colourful Festivals and Days, but I don't know why we are not celebrating Mothers Day (Celebration of motherhood), we have Gandhi Jayanti, Ambedkar Jayanti, Shivaji Jayanti.....& so on...on...& on, I don't know how many jayanti's are there...? Anyway we should celebrate Mothers Day, mothers day celebrated on second sunday of May month.  Mothers Day is a day honoring mothers, celebration of motherhood. And it gives us opportunity to giving something back to our mother. It is not important what U R giving whether it's an expensive Gift, Big Dinner Party or little Ice Cream treat, it is just a way to express our feelings for her and to celebrate her motherhood. There is a little suggestion from me do whatever U like to do for her but don't forget to tell her two special words "Thank You".

And friends who are staying abroad or in a different city, just make a little phone call......just talk to her and say this 2 special words , even if you can't say dosen't matter she will understand your feelings after all she is your mother........!!!! So don't forget 11th May 2008 Monday.

"Mother who gave gift of life to me,
Who fed me from her gentle breast
And hushed me in her arms to rest"

“Mother is the first relationship that connects us to
this earth...this world.and greatly influences the
compass of our lives.

My Mother
 I was a just-born and she was Twenty-Five,
Though we were we, we were one.
I would cry out in bangali and she would respond in Gujarati,
I would learn nothing but she never got tired to teach.
I was surrounded by monsters eager to pull my cheek,
but they would vanish the moment I was wet and weep.
She would come running and hold me in her arms,
as if I had won the contest of the charms.
Now I was able to walk and chew,
and hey, I was two.
I and she could now understand each other,
I was her everything and she needed no other.
I would try to walk and fall down,
But knowing she was with me,
the fear of getting hurt was now gone.
We still could not converse that effectively,
But she would understand my needs so easily.
I could now roam about free,
because now I have turned three.
I was ready to join a new world,
my academic life was now gonna mould.
She would dress me as best as a prince,
but when I would come back,
she would need at least an hour to rinse.
I was now able to talk,
I was a ferry and she was my dock.
I still remember the child, whose shirt I had tore,
Hey buddy, I have turned four.
I now came home a little late,
Nevertheless finding her waiting at the window.
She would hug me and carry me in her arms,
it felt like flying through the farms.
We now did the homework together,
I would spoil the home and she used to work.
Years passed and now I was fifteen,
and with each year I would forget to lean.
I wouldn't care for what she said,
because now I had become mean.
She would ask me to study for a good future,
but I was busy in a different culture.
Now I had many shes in my life,
I dreamed of having one of them as my wife.
I changed a lot which she did not teach,
She would try to hug me but I was out of reach.
She still waited for me at the window,
but I would look at her with utmost hate.
She would be awake till late in the night,
because I wasn't home, I was in a fight.
She had so much to scold, but she never did say,
hoping to find me better the next day.
Time went on and now I am grown,
lost in the world of my own.
I and she, between us have a river,
I have left her for my career.
When I was young, for me, she sacrificed her ambitions,
but I don't care, I now have my own mission.
I am not with her now, I am in a different city,
she is so old now but I don't even pity.
She needs me now but I am nowhere to find,
in the race for appraisal, I have become blind.
In a few years from now, I will be two,
there will be in my life someone new.
Then I'll forget even to bother,
I am her son and she is my Mother.

Go someone is still waiting for you...

                               JACKIE CHAN BIOGRAPHY

Jackie born on 7th April 1954 in Hong Kong, he spent 12 motnhs in his mother's womb instead of nine then removed surgically,  he was the only child of Charles & Lee-Lee Chan. His childhood name was Chan Kong-Sang (means Born In Hong Kong), his mother used to call him Pao-Pao means Cannonball. His father borrowed  money from his friends for the operation, to avoid the Doctor's offer to take the child's possesion inspite of money.

His academic record was very poor, so at the age of 7 his father take him to Peking Opera School, at Opera School he saw  many kids playing with swords and sticks and somersaulting he just got thrilled, in his words today like kid  entering into Disneyland, from that day he never returned to his regular school, so he cannot read or write professionally he need someone else to write his scripts. Inspite of this he can speaks 7 languages.

Now at Opera School Jackie got the new named Yuen Lo, and starts his training in Music, Acrobatics and Martial Arts, training was very tough, almost 18 hours a day, they have to performed headstands for many hours, beating was very common at Opera by Master and other senior boys. Jackie learned martial arts, acrobatics, singing, dancing and acting here till he become 17.

After the school, Jackie took time to adjust himself in real world. He started learning hapkido, taek wando, judo, wing chung and many other martial arts, then soccer, then boxing, then gambling, then pool. There were many pool-halls in Hong Kong running 24 hours a day, Jackie played hard, often sleeping at the halls. This was a really a disaster for him, as these were hang-out place for the Triads (Name of Hongkong's Smugglers Gang, one of the most danger and very systmetic gang), who always in search of this kind of young boy, some of his friends join it and start drug deals. He just keep distance from the gangs.

Then he started struggling in the film industry. At first, he got many small roles in movies as an extra or a stuntman. In fact, his first movie appearances was in a Bruce Lee film called "Enter the Dragon." Then,  after sometimes he gained some lead roles. In 1973 Bruce Lee - died, so everyone in industry were trying to taking Bruce Lee's place and starts copying him, Jackie was in leading position but it want works. However, Jackie didn't like it at all. In 1978, his movie "Snake in the Eagle's Shadow" released, this movie gave him an opportunity to prove his comic streak and he established himself as a comic action star. The movie was a hit! Then next was even more successful--"Drunken Master"  broke all box office records. Even when we (me & my friends) saw this movie first time in 1986, I was in my teen age and was learning karate we starts copying him, we used to practising his style of fighting. Since than I became a diehard fan of Jackie Chan, sometimes my friends use to call me Jackie Chan.

Wonder Woman - Aka Indra Nooyi
OFFLINE

Wonder Woman - Aka Indra Nooyi

Yes.....53 year old Aka Indra Krishnamurthy Nooyi, The Chairman sorry.... Chairwoman & CEO of World's fourth largest food & beverages company PEPCI CO, is definately a Wonder Woman, without any gimmicks, politics and manipulation or any kind of compromises she got this post purely on her merit. She is a pure example of hardwork, dedication, determination and talent. Just see her career graph from Chennai to Connecticut (where she is living right now) .

In 1994 Aka Nooyi had joined the PepsiCo and was handling Corporate Strategy & Planning, and in 2001 she appointed as a President and CFO.....since she became CFO in 2001, the PepsiCo's annual income rised by 72% and net profit more than doubled, $ 5.3 billion in 2006, so in October 2006 she was named the CEO PepsiCo, and becoming the Fifth CEO in PepsiCo's 42 year history and just after seven months in May 2, 2007, she becomes the CHAIRMAN (it must be CHAIRWOMAN) at PepsiCo's Board of Directors worldwide. In this position she is responsible for PepsiCo's all Corporate Functions including finance, marketing, strategy & planning, business optimization, corporate platforms, innovations & development, procurement, investor relations & information technology and bla bla bla.....hai na chamatkar (Miracle).....!!

Prior to joining PepsiCo Aka Nooyi worked with ABB (Asea Brown Boveri) as Senior Vice President of Strategy, Planning and Strategic Marketing and worked with Motorola as Vice President and Director of Corporate Strategy and Planning. She started her career with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), from there she move to Motorola, ABB and PepsiCO. Before migrating to US in 1978, she worked as a product manager at Johnson & Johnson and Mettur Beardsell, a Madura Coats division. Right now she is on the boards of Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the Lincoln Centre for the Performing Arts at New York City.

According to Fortune (Magazine) Aka Nooyi named 1, most powerful woman in business in 2006 and 2007 and as per the Forbes (Magazine), Nooyi ranks fifth (Sonia Gandhi ranks at sixth) on year 2007 list of "The World's 100 Most Powerful Women" ( this year 2007-08 she rank at FOURTH), and in 2007 her name was listed among the Time's (magazine) 100 Most Influential People in the World. Now U decide it's worth to call her "WONDER WOMAN" or not..?

With her promotion last year, Nooyi becomes one of the highest paid CEOs in the world, with an  announced compansation (for the year 2006-2007) of $33 million (more than Rs 130 crores). This  means Nooyi makes a whopping Rs 2,650 per minute.......hats of to her...!

According to recent servay done by local news magazine, Mukesh Ambani's  (Richest Indian and fifth richest in the world) last years per minute earning (we are talking about CEO/CFO/CHAIRMAN'S salary) was not more than Rs. 600, which comes to Rs. 31-32 crores per year only.....anybody please explain me how it is so less..????After all he is a Owner, Chairman, CEO and major share holder and everything of Reliance Industries and Reliance Petrolium.....combine turnover of this two companies is definitely higher than PepsiCo......point to be noted....your honour!!

Just imagined friends woman who started her career as a receptionist worked very hard from midnight to sunrise to collect just $50 to buy a western outfit for her first job interview, after her masters from Yale. Fortunately, she wasn't selected at interview because of her outfit, so her professor at her school asked her "What she would wear if she were to be in India...?  "Definitely  a SARI...sir" she replied..! Professor advised her to "be yourself" and stick to what she was comfortable with, so she wore a SARI in her next interview and she got the job and she followed the same philosophy for the rest of her life / career.

She always keeps Ganehs'a image in her office and when you ever visit her house at Fairfax County in Connecticut where she lives with her husband and two dauhters, don't forget to take off your shoes before entering.....specially in Puja Room where litted diya and well perfumed incense warmly welcomes you, now some of PepsiCo's officials also keep images of Ganesha in their offices..!

Nooyi always prefer to attends PepsiCo's board meetings in a Sari for that she believes the Corporate world appreciates people who are genuine. In a recent interview she said “After PepsiCo, I do want to go to Washington,”. Her new aim is to enter into US politics, yes now people in US and world too are tired of Bill & Bush kind of brainless bulls, they definately need some talented tender touch like Hillary or Nooyi. Best of Luck Aka....!!

Bill or Bill-ion Gates
OFFLINE

He made it again, William Henry Gates III (Bill Gates),  an American Entrepreneur, software executive, philanthropist and chairman of Microsoft, has been No 1 in the list of global billionaires for the past 13 years and this year too he is at no. 1.

On March 13, 1986, the day Microsoft went public, according to Microsoft's Public Relations Department, Bill owned 11,142,000 shares of MSFT stock. At MSFT's IPO price of $21 per share Bill's initial fortune was worth $233,982,000 or $233.98 Million (Nearly 24 crores dollar). Adjusted for splits, if Bill had not sold any stock since then, he would have 3,208,896,000 shares. Those shares would be worth $110,321,844,480.00 or $110.32 Billion today.

In last ten years Bill Gates & His Wife Melinda has donated more than 65 billion (6500 crore) dollar which is  far greater than Senior Ambani's total worth and he is not the only one  WARREN BUFFET (Silver King) the second richest man of world is just behind him who has donated nearly 40 billion dollar in last three years what a great guys...yaar..!! just calculate their donations which is far far greater than both Ambani's total wealth........after donating this much amount they are still on the top. More than 5000 Educational Institutes, Hospitals, Orphnage and other NGO'S all over the world are getting aids from Melinda Gates Foundations (Melinda is Bill Gates Wife), and nearly 100 Govt. / Private Institues & NGO'S in India are getting aids from this foundation.

Friends just compare this guys with our Ambani's, Tata's, Mittal's, Mallya's, Birla's & Bachhan's and think....if all these people together will donate only 1 billion dollar (Some of them are alone can donate 1-2 billion $) to our society then.....what will happen....? our Mumbai University's yearly Budget is not morethan 50 crores and not even all IIT's, few days ago a news published in Mumbai's local news papers that our Government Hospitals desparately needed some machinaries & equipments  for better treatment of poor & needy people, but as they are facing financial crunch so they don't have enough funds to buy it, now they are looking for the donations....but till today they want get any sufficient amount. Just think once again friends how many things can be done from this 1 billion dollar (4000 crores) money. But this is India yaar...... we pay donations for tax saving, we pay donations for Name Display on the door or gate of any institutes, temples or hospitals - for the sake of publicity, people are paying crores of rupees for Sai Baba's Golden Throne (I'm also a strong believer of Sai Baba's) but still there are many many schools in India who dosen't have money to buy school bench, when our need is satishfied or when we don't require anythings we donate that things whether it's phateli pant (Trouser), sadeli chaddar (bedsheet) ya phir disputed property like Big B has donated his Barabanki land to Girls Schools........and electronic Media highlighting this news like no one has made this much donations to society....Great..! After all "Mera Bharat Mahan".

William Henry Gates III ( Bill Gates).  the Founder & Chairman of Microsoft was born.
Although Paul Allen is also a co founder of Microsoft, but during his career Bill remains
the largest individual shareholder with more than 8% of the common stock.

MY DESK

On my desk I have three screens, synchronized to form a single desktop.
I can drag items from one screen to the next. Once you have that large display area, you'll never go back, because it has a direct impact on productivity. The screen on the left has my list of e-mails. On the center screen is usually the specific e-mail I'm reading and responding to. And my browser is on the right-hand screen. This setup gives me the ability to glance and see what new has come in while I'm working on something, and to bring up a link that's related to an e-mail and look at it while the e-mail is still in front of me.

Microsoft has more than 50,000 people, so e-mail is the medium of choice, more than phone calls, documents, blogs, bulletin boards, or even meetings (voicemails and faxes are actually integratedinto our e-mail in-boxes). I get about 100 e-mails a day. We apply filtering to keep it to that level—e-mail comes straight to me from anyone I've ever corresponded with, anyone from Microsoft, Intel, HP, and all the other partner companies, and anyone I know.
Paper is no longer a big part of my day. I get 90% of my news online, and when I go to a meeting and want to jot things down, I bring my Tablet PC. It's fully synchronized with my office machine so I have all the files I need. It also has a note-taking piece of software called OneNote, so all my notes are in digital form.

Pearl - Miracle of Nature
OFFLINE

PEARLS
Since the anicent time, no other Gems has fascinated the human being as much as Pearl with its lustrous glow and beauty. Ancient.... yet always contemporary, the pearl has survived a thousand of changing fashions with all its original appeal intact. Nothing else would have caught the imagination of women like pearls have. Pearls are really unusual Gems, and it's always known as mysterious and awe-inspiring gems.

Pearls have been considered ideal wedding gifts because they symbolize purity and innocence. In the Hindu religion, the presentation of an undrilled pearl and its piercing has formed part of the marriage ceremony. In the romance languages (Spanish, French, Italian), Margarita means pearl.

Pearls, the only gem created by a living creature called mollusks. All mollusks with a shell can
produce a pearl. Formation occurs when a grain of food or a foreign object is caught in an oyster shell,  The animal, sensing its presence, begins to “coat” the particle with layers of mineral, call
nacre. This results in the iridescent luster recognized in both natural and cultured pearls.

                                                         Oyster

TYPES OF PEARLS
Natural Pearls

Formed using the process above, only one in 10,000 mollusks naturally produce pearls, and this making them rare and prized. The shape of natural pearls varies depending on the shape of the piece being coated. Natural pearls are rare and expensive.

"Natural pearls are so rare to find in nature that most pearls sold today are cultured pearls."

Cultured Pearls

Cultured pearls are created like natural pearls. The term cultured does not mean that the pearls are synthetic, they get a helping hand from humans. They are actually created within an oyster. A tiny bead or an object depending upon the desired shape of the pearls is inserted into the shell, and returned it to the water where it will begin to coat the object with the pearly substance. The oysters are then harvested for their pearls.

Synthetic / Imitation Pearls
Synthetic pearls are man/machine made imitators of the pearl. These imitation pearls are usually coated with something to give them a pearly appearance, such as pearl essence, powdered mother-of-pearl and synthetic resin, synthetic pearl essence, plastic, cellulose, and lacquer.

Quality natural pearls are very rare jewels.

Today 99% of the people are actually using CULTURED- pearls.

All natural and cultured pearls can be distinguished from imitation pearls by using a microscope.

One should NEVER purchase a natural pearl without a bona-fide gemological X-ray certificate.

Value of a Natural Pearl
Pearls are characterized by their translucence and lustre and by a delicate play of surface colour called orient. The more perfect its shape (spherical or droplike) and the deeper its lustre, the greater its value.
As with any other item that can appear in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, colors, and conditions, a standardized system of grading must be used when purchasing or selling pearls.

Pearl Grading System
Pearl grading is very similar to the 4C's of diamond grading in that it takes into consideration several categories of qualitative comparisons. The pearl grading system consists of five main parts. They are:

1. Luster (Lustre) : The most important indication of a pearl's quality is lustre. The lustre of a pearl refers to the glowing appearance of its surface, and is judged by it brilliance and ability to reflect light. A pearl with a high lustre will be very shiny and show reflections like a mirror while a pearl with poor lustre will appear very milky or chalky.

On a bright and sunny day, place your pearls on a white piece of paper or white cloth near a window, but do not place the pearls in direct sunlight. See how the pearls reflect the shape of the window frame. The clearer and more well defined the window's reflection, the more lustrous the pearl.Look at the light reflections on the pearls and feel how sharp and intense they are.

2. Pearl Shape : Shape is one of the principle determining factors in a pearl's value.  Pearls can be divided into four basic groups of shape.

Round -  The rounder the pearl the more valuable it is.
Off Round - Slightly round or ovalish
Semi baroque - Not round......like pear, drop, egg and button shape
Baroque -  Very irregular shape with uneven uneven surface

Round pearls have long been considered the best quality and the most popular, but It is rare to find a pearl that is perfectly round. Baroque and Off Round shapes have gained in popularity as the price of these irregular shaped pearls place them within the budget of a larger buying market.

3. COLOURS : T
he general colour of a pearl is also called the body colour. The pearl's bodycolour is its pearl's main colour. The bodycolour is determined by the type of oyster or mollusk that produces the pearl. Pearls present a whole palette of colours to choose from white to gold, purple to pink to peaocok green-blue to all the shades of grey. Colour is not usually a true indicator of pearl quality, although certain colours command premium prices.

4. Pearl Surface Quality : Surface blemishes play an important role in the valuation of pearls. The fewer the spots or blemishes a pearl has, the higher its value. The fewer surface blemishes a pearl has, the more valuable it is. The term "Blemishes" refers to any bumps, marks, imperfections or small indentations. They may serve as identifying marks that a pearl is yours and not somebody else's, and help prove that it is real and not imitation. To find pearls without blemishes is rare, small blemishes on pearls are inevitable. One has to remember, pearls are organically grown and just like the human body, no two pearls are exactly alike.

5. Pearl Size :Size has a significant impact on price. The larger the size of the pearl, the greater its value. Large pearls require larger oysters to produce them, and they also require much more time to develop inside the oyster. An average sized pearl can take 2 to 3 years to develop. Significantly larger pearls can take twice as long to grow. And, it is very difficult to maintain a perfectly spherical shape while the pearl develops. This is why very large round pearls are extremely rare and valuable.

The size of a pearl is measured by its diameter in millimeters. One millimeter's difference has been known to raise a price by between 100 and 200 per cent. Sizes range from 1 millimeter or less, to 20 millimeters or 3/4 of an inch for the largest black Tahitian pearls. The largest black pearl ever found was about 25 millimeters (1 inch) in diameter. The most common size range for pearls is from 7 to 7.5-millimeters in diameter.

Identification
Any well equipped gem testing laboratory will separate natural pearls from cultured pearls by examining the center of a pearl, and the growth rings separated by conchiolin layers. The differentiation of a natural pearl or tissue-nucleated cultured pearl can be difficult without a gemological X-ray.

All natural and cultured pearls can be distinguished from imitation pearls using a microscope. Another accurate method of testing for imitations is to rub the pearl against the surface of a front tooth. Imitation pearls are completely smooth, but natural and cultured pearls are composed of nacre platelets, which feel slightly gritty or sandy.

PEARL CARE
Quality pearls can be very durable, but proper care is required to keep them beautiful and lustrous. When caring for your pearls, there are several important things to remember.

Pearls should always be wiped gently with a warm, damp cloth to remove body oils or dirt (as it can discolor the pearls) before putting them away. Periodically wash pearls with mild, detergent-free soap and a soft cloth. After washing, rinse the pearls in clean water and wrap them in a thin, damp cotton towel to dry. If pearls are especially dirty, wipe them with acetone polish remover. Acetone will not hurt pearls, BUT do not use jewelry cleaners containing ammonia or vinegar.

Pearls should always be stored separately from other jewelry as it may scratch or mar the pearls' surface. Take the time to wrap the pearls in linen, soft cloth, or place them in a soft pouch. Pearls require moisture - do not store pearls in a plastic bag or other airtight package. An excessively dry environment may result in cracking. If placing the pearls in a safety deposit box or in an especially hot environment, leave a damp cloth nearby.

Always keep pearls away from substances that will damage the pearls surface like chlorine bleach, vinegar, ammonia, hairspray, perfume, and cosmetics. Put pearls on last after spraying perfume or hairspray and putting on makeup. Remove pearls before exercising to avoid perspiration.

Restring pearls once a year if worn often. Have it professionally done and be sure to ask to have each pearl knotted separately (unless they are small), so they do not rub together and wear on the pearl nacre.

Last Words : Getting married is very much like going to a restaurant with friends. You order what you want, then when you see what the other person has, you wish you had ordered that.

TAARE ZAMEEN PAR
(STARS ON EARTH)

Finally.....after a long awaiting Aamir's new directional debut TAARE ZAMEEN PAR  will be in theatre on 3rd week of December 2007. Very important thing is Taare Zameen Par is Aamir Khan’s first directorial venture. So definately it must be different.....different from all traditional films....and it is. And as we know Aamir is perfectnist and unconventional, not scared of taking a risk, he always doing his job differently & passionately, whether it's Dil Chahta Hai, Rang De Basanti or Lagaan he just overlap all his co-stars and makes his mark with his spell. But this time he's making sure that the spotlight remains on the little stars.

Actually Amol Gupte college friend of Aamir Khan is the brain behind this movie and also a former director of Taare Zameen Par. He was originally supposed to direct the movie and Aamir was only involved as a producer and an actor, but when Aamir saw the rushes he was not happy with the film and Amol Gupte's work, and return the script to Amol to choose another producer if he wished. But Amol and Aamir had worked very hard on film so Amol asked Aamir to take over the direction too. Amol is now the writer and the creative director of the movie while his wife, Deepa Bhatia, is the editor of the movie.

With its different subject  & storyline TZP magnify the mental disorder that affects millions of children even elders all around the world. The movie is about special children suffering with Dyslexia and Aamir plays the tutor of one such special child.

First we know about Dyslexia....as many.... I think most of the people in our society doesn't know abt it,

Dyslexia (say: dis-lek-see-uh) is a learning problem some kids have with reading and writing. It can make words look jumbled. This makes it difficult for a kid to read and remember what was read.

The problem occur in the brain, sometimes the messages the brain is sending get jumbled up or confused. A kid who has dyslexia might get frustrated and find it hard to do schoolwork. But the good news is that dyslexia doesn't need to keep a kid down. In fact, some very smart people have had dyslexia. How smart....??? Well, some people say Albert Einstein was Dyslexic Child.

Although Dyslexia is the result of a neurological difference, it is not an intellectual disability. Dyslexia occurs at all levels of intelligence, average, above average, and highly gifted. Dyslexia affects millions of people all around the world. In-fact it is said that 5 -15% of the world population i.e approx. one billion people, maybe diagnosed to be suffering from various degrees of dyslexia

I've seen many people in my life who were suffering from dyslexia
like one guy whom I know he always speak NOHI instead of LOHI (Blood in Gujarati) and the other guy was my schoolmat,  he always speak OCTOMBER instead of OCTOBER our english teacher has tried many times to improve his diability but she can't....so in the end she starts calling him 'Dib-ba'. She did'nt have any kind of malice or repulsion against that guy but as she didn't know abt the Dyslexia disorder so she couldn't try to solve the problem of that boy.

The best part of Aamir is...... he is unconventional and not scared of taking a risk, I think with it's brilliant script and treatment TZP will be the best film of the year and don't get surprised if it brings the Oscar to India.

For all die hard Aamir fans.....I've given the  2 URL of TZP's promo's, It’s only a small jhalak yet but definately will touch your heart! Promo's are beautiful, it's really sound fresh....atleast it’s not like all masala-kachumber movies, lets hope it will satisfy your enthus & expectations.
